In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Great Headphones for working out

I typically like to see a few new products get into the market before purchasing and I can truly say that I am very pleased with my purchase. I go fishing a lot and swim occasionally and during both of these activities the product has held up very well over the last month or so. The ear buds also double as wind protection while fishing in colder weather...more of a shield.

My ears have always been hard for earphones/buds/headphones to fit properly. These stay in place while walking, working out or doing yard work. The biggest worry I had was reading other reviews that said there was some environmental noise/sounds that bled through. That is actually makes using them for walking at night a good thing. Sound quality is very good, not the best but for the price they are excellent.
