The sound is clear, not a lot of bass, but good for what I needed. I also like that it tells you how much battery is left when you power them on...6 hours when fully charged! The charging/carrying case is great for storing and tossing into a purse or computer bag when not in use.

I've now owned all three BB Go in this series, and recently had to replace my BBGo2 since they went through the wash accidentally (surprisingly they still worked but the buttons were toast). These are a definite upgrade! The voice prompts are better, and the companion app may prove helpful for updates. The new charging case is great, and the charging indicator is greatly improved. Battery life has also improved. As for sound of these, it's about the same as the BBGo2, which I find to be very good. It's very important that these fit snugly into your ears or you'll never get any bass response. Try out all the ear tips; if you can't get a good fit these might not be for you. Definitely recommend these for the gym or for running. They're super light and sound great.

So far so good. I was looking for something wireless that would be good for workouts and listening to music at work. To me, the Power Beats sound better but I feel I'm too old for Beats and also, I couldn't comfortably wear sunglasses with the Around the ear design of the PowerBeats. The Plantronics stay in pretty good while running as long as you insert the little rubber loop piece inside your ear correctly. It's an odd design to me and I wouldn't think that small rubber piece would make a huge difference but oddly it does. A few times when I've gotten extra sweaty (i sweat a lot) the rubber loop has slid out. It wasn't a big deal, I just readjusted it. They are truly noise cancelling which I really wasn't looking for! If I put them both in at work, I can't hear anything. I usually just insert one side at work. I love the charging bag--great idea!

The sound is good, the price is fair, I like the cordless idea, the range is 29 feet thats a plus and the battery pack carrying case comes in handy .

This is my first wireless earphones. I hesitated a lot before because of the high prices and short battery life. I saw this on sale, read some good reviews and bought it. It is really great. The battery listening time is theoretically 6 hrs. I never listen for that long so I can't tell. But when I listen for one hour then I check the audio battery indicator, it tells me that the listen time is 5 hrs. On my daily basis use with a couple of hours of phone calls, some music and some videos, the battery last me a day and a half. With the charging case, it makes charging so convenient. And charging is faster than what it says in the manual. Sound quality is great compared with the iPhone earphones. But I had to find the perfect earbud fitting. It comes with 3 different sizes. With the small one I was hearing no bass sounds. With the largest one noise was cancelled and sound quality amazingly improved.

This my third pair, WOW!!!!!!!!!! Why three, pairs? My first pair which was actually the backbeat go2 went capoot, I went out and purchased the bbg3 and the lost that pair, so now I'm on my third pair. However, the sound is great, but could be louder, so to counteract the loudness I purchase some noise canceling cushions which works perfectly to cancel outside noise so that all I hear is the music, but I still want them louder. My main reason for purchasing these, was the fact that I can interact with Siri with out touching my phone, like asking her to send messages, call someone for me and even to play my music. The fact that I can charge while on the go is a plus. When I first got them my battery life was five hours, but after a months use it seem to have increased to six hours and I believe the paperwork did say it would increase after some use, but not by how much. Also you can download the PTL app the will allow you to easily register your headphones, you can also track the location of the headphones (would have worked with the lost ones had I paired them to the app), the app will also play a sound in the headphone so that you can locate them that way as well and one of the best features I think is the fact that you can update the firmware from the charging case with is great, no need to connect the headphones to a pc. Overall these are a GRRRRRRREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, pair of Bluetooth Headphone/Earbuds I liked them so much I even purchased my wife a pair for Christmas.

These are my first pair of wireless headphones. I am very satisfied with them overall! The sound is great, certain days I just wish the volume went up a tad higher. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the cord and having to store my phone awkwardly in my pant line. So much more convenient! They fit perfectly into my ear without falling out. They only start to slide out a little while I'm running. But, nothing too bad. It comes with a case where you charge the headphones as well as a cord to charge the battery case that it comes with. Only other downfall with these is remembering to have the headphones/case charged when you need them!

The product is absolutely great. The sound quality is clear . The voice response is on point . Being Wireless makes it very convenient. The only concern I have is that it continues to fall out of my ears due to having oily skin.

Comfort - good Ear fit - good, although I am using the biggest bud and it could be a bit bigger in my right ear. Sound Quality - good Ease of use - good Reliability - pretty good although the connection to an Apple Watch sometimes glitches Functionality for working out - fair - the cable between ends can stick on the back of your neck and dislodge one of the ear buds with side-to-side head movement.

So far I have been very happy with these. At first I almost returned them the first day because I thought the sound quality was terrible. Turns out I was using the wrong size. After experimenting I found one that was comfortable and stays in my ear and the sound quality is actually really good. The charger in the case is also a nice addition. I thought it was a bit of a gimmick but find that I use it more often than not. My only complaint would be the app. It seems to be a bit pointless. It doesn't really tell me anything about the headphones and doesn't really do much. It's a great idea, just needs more functionality. At the very least I would think it should tell you the battery level.

Comfortable, good sound and microphone quality. The only difficulty I tend to have is the fit over my ears doesn't feel as snug as I'd like but I have that issue with most headphones.

I purchased a cheaper model and regretted it due to poor microphone performance. I have always appreciated the quality of Plantronic products. This one does not disappoint. I use for phones calls with no complaints of difficulty hearing me or problems hearing others. Sound quality is crisp and clear. Easy to charge, lightweight and long lasting battery life. I even use to watch tv late in the evening. This is the most comfortable and versatile headset I have ever owned. I only wish they came with a carrying case to pop in my purse or computer bag.

I found these headphones after looking for an affordable Bluetooth wireless headset. I didn't have a lot of cash top spend so I said to myself let me get a pair of German headphones looked up my go to brand they wanted more than I was willing to pay. So I sectioned the results by low top high price these popped up at a low enough price pairing was easy and battery lasts long. The quality is nice wish the earbuds fit better they fall out and I couldn't find a good fit. There was one ear size that was missing a piece. But other than that and the fact the threshold for the maximum volume is a little low these are awesome.

Much better than its predecessor. The sound range is clear and crisp. The Lows and highs are much more noticable than the previous version. . You have to make sure you get the propper fit with ear gells or the sound wont be what is to be expected. The battery life is great the charging case is a plus that monitors the charge level of both batteries when charging. They are a much better fit that stays in the ears.

These are nice and comfortable. Good sound. Power lasts a while. Only problem - sometimes pop out of my ear.

This was the second pair of wireless headset have tried. First pair, from another manufacturer, which could not get sound from one earpiece. These have been great. Did read some complaints about tinny sound quality. Followed Plantronics recommendations on trying different ear pieces. The sound is not tinny or "AM" radio like, there is reasonable bass. The only drawback, though minor, is that every time they are powered up they need to be paired with the phone. It would be nice if when powered they would automatically pair similar to the pairing feature in your car for the phone. I use them when working outside and while on plane trips (once a month). I enjoy not having a wire connected between the phone and headset. Also I like the recharge battery in the pouch case that came with the headset. Love the 4 - 6 hours of headset use time between recharges

Good sound. They stay connected to my phone. Battery life is good. Really wish they stayed in my ears better.
