The mobile that recommend with the headphones is limited to only update firmware on this headphones and info for them. The 6.5 hour battery life is no great. If I want listen it at work, It does not last my whole work day. Besides that,. It a basic wireless headphones.

The left bud would not stay in my ear no matter what I tried. I would have tried another pair but they were OOS when I went back.

I bought this product because of Plantronics' reputation for noise cancelling microphones on their bluetooth devices. As a business traveler, I wanted to carry one less device where I can listen to music and pick up a quick phone call without having to switch to a noise canceling device. I did not like these headphones at all. The right ear volume was higher than the left ear. I tried several replacement ear buds was unable to obtain a good enough seal to block out background noises. I knew that Plantronics is known for their microphones as that is where the brunt of their technology is. The microphone worked great (not as good as my voyager) but I was unable to overcome the other pitfalls to keep these wireless earbuds. I was looking for a product that would perform both functions well, needless to say I still have to use two separate devices.

The product is designed to for 80-90% of different ear shape and sizes, but on some cases the ear tips will not provide a proper seal. If you've tried every available ear tip size and the product still doesn't provide a good fit or seal, we recommend considering a different wearing style.
