The ear buds don't stay in ear when you start sweating.. I have tried all sizes. Not good if you will be using to talk also.

The rechargeable battery pack is nice but given the overall poor sound quality of the headphones I would not buy these again.

The great sound quality of the BackBeat GO 3 requires a great fit. Please be sure to test out the different eartips included in the product package to see which one has the best seal for you. You might even need a different size for each ear. You will know you have a great fit when environmental noise is blocked out, earbuds feel stable and secure, and the bass is strong. Wish I would've gotten other ones or stuck to the cheap skullcandy ones for $30ish

He is a HS football player that works out a lot and he doesn't have any complaints. They stay in when he is active and fit really well. The charging pack is a big plus to him.

Posted .This model is focused for music listeners that are looking for a comfortable and high fidelity wireless music listening experience, and while the included microphone is good enough for callers to hear you this model doesn't feature excellent noise cancellation.
If you require a headset with exceptional noise cancellation we recommend that you consider our Voyager series headsets.

Quality not the best

Started off great, but...

Lately, however, the don't hold a charge. I can barely get 2 hours of listening time even though the charging pack indicator lights show the headphones are fully charged. Sometimes, when I unplug the headphones from the charger after having let them charge overnight, they're still completely dead. Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but I wouldn't recommend them.

If your headset is not properly holding a charge anymore please try fully draining and recharging your unit's battery by using a different charger and cable then test it again. On most cases this will help, but in case the issue remains the same you will need to replace that unit. I tired them on & it hurt to use them, even with the smallest cushion. I played a song & it wasn't HQ as they stated. It was a bit of a disappointment. The charging bag it came with though is a pretty cool concept. I almost didn't return them for that reason alone haha. Sadly, it wasn't worth how much I paid for the earphones.

A proper fit and ear seal are essential in order to get the best sound quality on in-ear headphones like this one. Check out this how to video for the best ear tip fit: http://blogs.plantronics.com/tips-tricks/find-the-best-eartip-fit If none of the included ear tip sizes make wearing the headset comfortable or properly seal your ears from external noise the fit and sound quality are going to be sub-par.
Usually you only need a few hours to get used to this kind if fit but if the unit is uncomfortable we'd recommend considering another wearing style. Our Backbeat Pro, Sense and Fit all have different wearing styles and features for different users.

To large for average size ears, poor volume range

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and TV. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your TV and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your TV's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your TV completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the TV.
3. Re-pair the headset with your TV and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another device (cellphone, tablet, etc.) to determine if it's on the TV or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty.
