There is zero bass. In fact I'll probably return them because the sound shouldnt be this bad. Otherwise I really like the functions and fit of the product. The charging case is very nice also.

Not quite what I expected

Two tin cans & a string.

Sounded like listening to a transistor radio crammed inside of a tin can. Also upon syncing/pairing headset... It downloaded an app.... And all the app does is show model and serial numbers of plantronicsc devices connected.... Why? I can see that on the side of the package... No EQ settings, no presets.... Really!? I returned them... Still on the look out for "better" pair of ear buds, that sound better than the stock ones... Wireless would be a plus, but not required....

Disappointed with performance

Please be sure to test out the different eartips included in the product package to see which one has the best seal for you. You might even need a different size for each ear. You will know you have a great fit when environmental noise is blocked out, earbuds feel stable and secure, and the bass is strong.

We usually a headset's design will accommodate 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but in the even your headset still doesn't feel comfortable even when using different ear tips we recommend you to try another model and wearing style like our BackBeat Fit, BackBeat Sense or BackBeat Pro.
