Extremely satisfied with sound output and sweat durability, also with an amazing charging case too!

I was looking for a new headset to work out with and wanted wireless. I found this on the shelf and felt it most compatible with my needs. I've been very pleased with its performance and sound. The one glaring exception might be the in ear security. It does tend to loosen itself no and then and I can't help thinking that may have been corrected with a rigid wire behind the neck instead of the loose wire. Otherwise, it has been great for me.

Note: Ensure you have the volume all the way up or close to it for Bluetooth on your phone. Then you can control the volume from the Bluetooth earbuds. Some might not know this, and complain about the low volume.They were loud for myself. For Bluetooth headphones, they sound great, crisp bass and clear highs. If they don't fit in your ears well, you might not get the same experience. They are light-weight and easy to use. I have not tested the microphone yet, so I cannot comment. The included charging pouch is a nice touch.The earbuds barely fit in the puch, so don't think your going to put anything else in there. The pouch is thick, so it will probably help if you accidentally sit on it. I have gone 15 ft away and still had a good signal with no cutting out. Great for working out, as long as there's no jumping. The cord is heavier and shorter on every Bluetooth wireless with a mic/volume control, so the slight banging on your neck might annoy some. The mic is usually around the chest area on corded earbuds. So, all in all I am very happy with this purchase, compared to the first time I tried Bluetooth wireless 2 years ago and returned them due to poor sound quality.

First pair I bought did not hold a charge even when off. I tried to take them back in to the Best Buy store but the weak 15 day return policy was my demise. I am glad that Plantronics has a good return policy/warranty. I requested a new set and they sent them promptly. New pair hold a charge for days maybe even weeks if I wanted too. Good sound, great battery life and also came with an extra battery pack.

Good sound quality, battery life and value. Not very loud.

This set has great sound great bass and not too loud. The noise cancelling is like wearing earplugs. It lasts about 6 hours sometimes more on a single charge. The only negative is comfort after like 2 hours my ears start hurting. I wish they had foam tips like the jaybird x3 witch I will be exchanging these for. That's the only negative

These headphones havery good sound and stay in your ears fairly well. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they sometimes hurt my ears. This is fixed by taken them out for a few seconds and then putting them back in. Other than that, these headphones are all-around really good.

Been using them for the last 22 months and they still hold about a 5 hour charge. Use them 4 times a week in the gym. Recently the one side seems to slip a little out of my ear so might need to swap out the little rubber insert that goes into your ear.

The good: the sound quality is good but not excellent. The best thing is that you can recharge them in a carry around bag.... The bad: they fall out of your ear. don't chew gum and try to listen to music at the same time. on the floor they go. I have tried all of the tips that came w/them . on the floor they go. they are the worst if you are sweating. on the floor they go....

I love the sound quality and extended battery life!

Got this for my wife as a gift. She loves the battery life and sound quality - and the case. It's convenient for her to carry in her purse without getting tangled. She says they are her favorite headphones ever.

I have owned these ear buds for two months now and use them on a regular basis. They sound great and fit good. If I am extremely active they will start to slip out of my ear, but for the most part they fit well. More expensive than other options but so far so good.

I was looking for a good pair of wireless headphones. My main reason for the headphones was to be able to use them in the car to take/make calls and be able to use the voice to text feature on my phone with the headphones. I like to use headphones instead of an actual Bluetooth earpiece/headset. I feel with Bluetooth earpiece/headset I can’t hear the other person on the line as clearly but with headphones you get a tighter fit in the ear. I feel I can hear the caller a lot better. It could also be my old Bluetooth earpiece; it’s very old and it I'm sure it was time for me to update it. I'm sure the newer models now are much better! The Plantronics – Backbeat Go 3 was one of 3 headphones I tested out and tried. I figured since they are known for their Bluetooth earpiece and since my originally earpiece I have for my phone is a Plantronics, they should be great quality. I also tested the Backbeat Fit as well. The Fit worked great but I wanted more of an ear bud. That’s why I choose to try the Backbeat Go 3. First off the sound quality was nice. Though I have to disclose I am not an individual who constantly has headphones in. I normally use a wireless speaker when doing house chores or whatnot. So I can’t really give a great review on the sound too much. But the bass had decent sound and the highs sounded just as good. Especially since I was able to hear the actual words of the songs. Always a plus! The mic was sensitive enough it picked up my side of the conversation I was having. The caller didn’t ask once for me to repeat myself. But it also picked up a lot of background noise. I had the windows up and the AC on in my car and asked the caller how it sound and was told that yes they could hear me and what I was saying but that it also seemed to be loud in the background. Not good. Considering my windows were all up and AC on. I know my car might be on the older side and the insulation might not be as good as a newer car or maybe I get a lot of road noise from the tires, but that shouldn’t matter. On top of that it the power button did not respond, as I would think it should have. It was easy to power on but to power off was a pain. The instructions indicate to hold the power button down for 3 seconds (?) to power off. However I found that you had to hold it down a lot longer and sometimes that didn’t even work. It tended to think you were trying to use voice commands on the phone and would activate the phone. After a few times of testing this pair I was fed up with the power off and decided they just needed to go back. Of course it might have been just the one pair that I happened to have purchased. The control is on the right ear bud. I did like that fact especially since it is my dominated side. The ear buds did seem to fit in my ear and stayed put. They were easy enough to get in quickly when I needed to pick up a phone call while driving. I don’t leave them in when I drive. And I only tend to put one in first when I answer. The charging/carrying case it comes with, is a neat idea. Overall they’re a nice set of headphones to use for listening. But as far as my experience goes, the phone control, the main purpose for my purchase, and the background noise was a con. The button to power on and off was also a negative for me. I didn’t care too much for this pair of wireless ear buds.

I think these blue tooth ear buds are the best thing since sliced bread. I can't compare them to other bluetooth models, but compared to having that cord tethering me to my phone- these ear buds are fabulous. I like the charging pouch mine came with, as well as the way they secure in my ear. I usually have trouble with ear buds, but these stay secure. The sound is good and seems to cancel a lot of outside noise. I like the on/off and charging features as well as the fact that I'm informed each time I turn them on how much time I have left before they'll need to be charged again. For s fairly unsophisticated tech person - I am so glad I purchased these!!

This product feels well constructed, and the sound quality is very good. I think that you'll be pleased if you aren't looking for something with super heavy bass. The mid-range and highs are distinct and clear.

These headphones are great for when I workout. The sound quality is good. I use these about everyday and so far the wear and tear on the headphones have lasted. I especially like the controls on the actual wire its easy to use.

I Absolutley love these headphones. The sound quality is incredible along with a decent battery life of about 6 hours. The fact that they come with a charging case is a big plus.

This is a great set of Bluetooth headphones. Great sound, comfortable and the battery lasts well. The portable battery recharger makes it easy to keep them charged on the go.

The only thing they should explain to people that claim they fall out, is you have put the stabilizers inside your ear. I found that out after the first week and they finally stay. Love the sound and the look!

I bought this headphones to go to the gym and so far I been really pleased with the quality of sound and it's battery life. They stay in place when working out or jogging. The only con will be the way they charge.
