This is my third pair of blue tooth headphones and my second from Plantronics. I truly feel like they have improved the head phones in the battery life and distance I can be away from my phone while in use. I do not think the sound quality is better or loud enough. I dislike the fit of the ear buds and for me personally they fall out a lot. I'm thinking about bringing them back. Compared to others I've had they are ok. I feel like Cinderellas prince searching for a glass slipper though- no Bluetooth headphone has been perfect thus far.

Device will not stay around my neck and the earbuds seem to pop out of my ears after it gets warm from my body heat. A clip would have been useful to keep them from falling off of your neck when not in use.

They are a good pair of headphones. Sounds great, and they are light. My only con is that after a while they become uncomfy in the ear. I am talking after using them for 2 hours in the gym

Really really good sound and had a really nice feel to them. The other plus was the pouch it came with! Shows the battery life of the pouch itself and the battery life of the earphones too!

I have tried at least 30 different types of bluetooth headphones, in ear, on ear , over ear and whatever was near my ear. I settled on the in ear type and then tried about 10 different ones, all in the same price range, These fit the best AND sound the best. The included "charging/storage bag" is great: you can keep the headphones stored safely in the carry bag WHILE CHARGING THEM! The bag has a battery of it's own, so you just roll up the headset and plug it into the charging plug inside the bag. It may sound confusing, but it is anything but.

Convenient to not have a wire, but you pay for that in quality. Sound is just okay. Very tinny. NO bass at all. Also, even when turned off, the battery looses power. After fully charged it tells you that there is 6 hours of play time. Pick it up a few hours later and there is only 3 hours of play time. A day later, lucky if your get an hour or two. No matter which ear pieces I tried, I could not get a good seal and they fall out of my ears very easily.

Sound quality is as expected, fit is good for my ears, able to wear while running and biking. Connection is fast and reliable, batter life is 5+ hours on a charge.

I like the battery life and the additional charger provided with the carrying pouch, awesome. For in my ears is not the best only adequate. Try the fit before buying.

I love that they are light. Sounds is good and they stay in my ears when I'm working out. My only complaint is the ear tips arent comfortable with extended wear.

I bought these to tide me over while my Sennheiser earbuds were getting repaired. My major peeve with regular earbuds is that the cable tends to wear out at the plug, so figured i wouldn't have that issue with this wireless bluetooth set. If i were only using these for music I would probably return them. My preferred earbuds retail for $50 less and sound miles better (but never seem to last longer than 6 months). However, since I'm mostly using these for listening to podcasts while walking my dog, the lack of dynamic range is less of a concern for me. Pros: light as a feather, earbuds sit in the ear well and don't pop out, responsive controls, comes with its own rechargeable battery (in the case) that can fully charge the earbuds an additional two times - enough to cover the longest non-stop commercial flight Cons: breadth of sound. The audio is crisp and clear, but lacks in midrange and has no bass to speak of. The sound is akin to a cheap bluetooth speaker, or FM radio. Part of this may be due to the tips; even the largest one provided is not big enough to create a seal to isolate background noise. Will be trying some aftermarket Comply tips to see if that helps. Overall I think it's impressive with what Plantronics have achieved in such a small package. These definitely look cooler than the ubiquitous bt earbuds with the neck unit, and are some of the comfiest earbuds I've worn. Unfortunately the sound they produce is still lacking, so I couldn't say with confidence that I would buy these again if I lost them or they wore out.

Bought these before Black Friday since they were on sale.. great sound but not as much bass as I would like. Either way great buy for the price

The phones are comfortable and fit well. It's easy to pair (I tested with Apple TV 4th gen and iPhone 7) and provides a good sound quality.

I really like this product. The sound quality is great. They have a good battery life as well. Lasts all day while I listen to books.

These are nice little earbuds for the price. Good sound quality and pretty long life. This is the second pair I've purchased.

The Bluetooth pairing is great, and they comfortable. The only reason I'm ranking a 4 is because I would like them to be louder.

The sound and the range is exceptional. The downside is if you are really active (movement) they fall out. My son wanted them for listening while playing basketball. He can leave his phone on the sidelines and they never lose their connection, but if he gets to playing hard, they won't stay in his ears. So, if you don't do anything vigorous in them, they are great.

Good product with great sound. I had a little trouble with the fit due. I can't use product for running because of fit

Great sound. Convenient charging pouch. I replaced the ear buds with a third party bud for a solid, snug fit.

Good quality sound. The charging case is well worth the upgrade. Extended wearing can become uncomfortable.
