I drive for a living and blue-tooth devices are hard to come by at the moment. The salesman suggested these to me and I happy he did

Webcam was down and everyone was out of stock. Love Plantronics headsets for work and decided these might be good for my cell and zoom calls on the go. Excellent decision.

The neck piece is subject to come off if bending over. Also the integration to Siri isn’t as good as beats. Noise cancellation feature is nicest feature.

I must say that compared to the over-the-ear type, I much prefer this type. As for the value, the other earphones were significantly more expensive. I would prefer a better waterproofing rating.

Easy to pair, quality is great, and definitely noise cancelling. The only thing is that the app does not support these headphones, but otherwise, these are great!

Not as strong a Bose over-ear and similar NC headphones, but can't beat the simplicity, light weight and call quality to boot.

The ANC is modest, but on the higher setting, fairly good. In order to get good fit we used Bose ear tips with a "wing" which work really well for me, and especially for my wife with small ear canals: "Replacement Silicone Earbuds Ear Buds Tips Eargel Isolation Double Flange for Bose QuietControl 30 QC20 QC20i QC30 Soundsport Free SIE2 IE2 IE3 Wireless Headphones Earphones"

BT is convenient, 4. good BT range, 5. connects to two devices, 6. phone call stops play, 7. easy on the neck Cons: 8. A little too "bass"y for my taste, 9. battery life is short, 10. if a notification comes onto my cellphone, it stops play on my laptop for a while (until the next song). 11. My cheap Sony wired earphones (also bought from BB a few years ago) sound better. Note: While I am not an audiophile, I have a keen ear for high notes. The product is recommended for its BT features

Up to 10 hours without ANC and Up to 50 hours with ANC and without streaming media. When the unit is paired to your cell phone, this means your phone has selected the unit as its main source of audio for any notification.
