This bluetooth headset is comfortable and easy to use. This device can stream sound continuously for about 7 hours and only takes about 45 minutes to an hour to fully charge. It has very high quality and you can pair with the app to have the device send out an audible noise to be found if it is lost. Great product.

I've had this brand before - actually a higher model, but lost it. Luckily, I found this solid replacement at Best Buy. The volume isn't quite as loud as my other model, but other than that, I never have a problem with pairing. Most of all, I LOVE the magnetic USB charge cable. I keep it under my metal desk. Awesome idea!

This has to be one of the best Bluetooth headsets I've ever used. The call clarity is phenomenal on both ends. The rubber piece that goes in my ear is both comfortable and very secure. I don't even have to use the additional behind the ear holder to secure it. I love the toggle switch to turn the device on and off, and how cool is it that it talks to me! If you are active and want a secure and comfortable fit this is the headset for you. Looking for call clarity? Look no further!!

Great earpiece, easy to sync to my phone. Charges quickly and has several hours of talk time prior to needing to recharge.

So far, so good. This Bluetooth ear piece worked well right away and required no special knowledge or expertise. I just turned my phone's Bluetooth on, turned the Explorer 505 on, and it paired right away. It's also comfortable in-ear. Do note, however, if you leave it on, however, it will assume that any audio from your phone should go through it, including music (taking automatic preference over the headphone jack). But that is what the off switch is for. It's a good product.

Love the sleek look of this Bluetooth. Works well for basic use sometimes have a issue with people getting too much feed back on their end while using. If using for business I'd suggest spending a little more and getting the next version up. But if simply looking to use for personal use I think this works great!

I bought one of these over a year ago and recently lost it and ended up buying the same model. It is a great device that has a great voice clarity and range. The buttons are easy to use and it connects fast to my Pixel 2 phone. I am on the phone a lot so on a full charge it will last about 5.5 hours before alerting the battery needs charging but charges back to full in under an hour. It comes with an additional piece that fits over the speaker that helps hold it to your ear better but for some that may not be necessary. I do have to take it out of my ear after an hour of talking because my ear starts to feel a little sore. The companion app is OK nothing special about that except it does offer a "find my headset" feature in those events you misplace it somewhere. Granted the alert is not loud so when using that you have to really listen to hear the little high pitch beep.

Best that I have ever used. Works well with hearing aid due to design of ear piece. Great audio and super battery life.

I only give it 4 stars because it only comes with one ear bud! But aside from that everyone I've called ask me if I've gotten a new phone because the clarity is so much better. Plantronics still rules in quality and works for my needs. Still wish it came with more than one ear bud.

This earpiece is great. Sounds is perfect and it's extremely comfortable. The only problem is that it seems to mute itself while iI'm talking to ssomeone. I called plantronics tech support and they couldn't figure it out. The conclusion I've come to is it's just not compatible with the Samsung galaxy Note 2.

Purchased this item to use at work with my cell phone. Very easy to use and sounds great on both ends.

This is a great Bluetooth that reduces noise. It's small and not very noticeable. Has excellent sound.

The size for me is perfect. The sound, even with the windows down, is remarkable. For the money, I highly recommend this headset to anyone that requires one. Georgia's laws changed recently, and handsfree is required. It's easy to use and reasonable in price.

While this Bluetooth may not have the oral command features to any extent like the 1100 series, it is easy to answer the phone with just a push of the button and you don't have to shout "answer" five times in company before the oral command feature kicks in....as so often was the case with the 1100.

I have had several of these and they fit in my ear well and stay there! The sound quality is good and the life between charging is about 6 hours of talk time

This is my fourth blu-tooth headset. Like many, I have misplaced two of my others and abandoned one because it was so terrible. This one is the best I've had as of yet. It has great clarity and a really good talk time. I need to recharge it every night, but I use it a LOT during the day. The only issues I ever have with it is when I am right next to my wifi router, then I get some interference. Otherwise this is the clearest, most reliable blu-tooth I have ever had.

I have purchased many (mostly broken or worn out by me) of this item. It's a great sound, nice fit, small, and the battery lasts long. I've tried many other headsets and this one seems to be the best so far.

Great sound block out background nice. Far distance for connection. Lightweight sleek design. Tells you how much talk time you have when you turn it on. After you bluetooth it to your phone it connects every time you turn it on. It will reconnected if you go out of distance and come back within range. It tells you when its disconnect and connected. I went through three other models before this one. It's on the little higher price side but way worth it. Everyone tells me I sound as if I'm right there. Great product! You can use the ear holder but don't need to, it's small sleek lightweight design allows you to just put it in your ear. It's nice got nav and talking at the same time and surprisingly music sounds good through it.

Very stylish earpiece, looks good, fits comfortably in my ear, I can hear people clearly, but not loud enough. I have the volume maxed out and it doesn't seem to be loud enough. They have trouble hearing me, so I have to speak louder.

I tried 3 other higher priced ones before I settled on this model. It fits my ear well, I can hear it very well, and it is super easy to use. I drive for Uber and will wear this up to 10 hours a day. I just need to recharge it while I take a meal break. Great value - works great.
