This wireless headset has good audio quality, is easy to use, has a good and more comfortable hold on the ear than some other brands I used before. the charger design is quite good, not easy to get lost. Overall quite happy with it. Will certainly recommend this product. (The only thing is the ear got a little stiff after a while, but that's probably normal for having anything on the ear that holds well after a while. )

This is a good bluetooth ear piece. The app that is available works with ear piece is an added bonus. It helps you find it if it's on. The battery has good stand by and talk time. I like the white color and it's easy on off switch. The sound deadening is good when no one is speaking.

I have found, that the quality in reception as well as the comfort, were very well designed. The one disadvantage, is that the volume level is too low. When you are in some areas, it is difficult to hear. If you are out of range from your phone, it will announce it once and will announce when you are back in range. This is far better than other models that constantly beep, even when you are in range.

I purchased this Bluetooth Headset for an online class I will be attending. It is comfortable, easy to use, has a good battery life, and eliminates most background noise. Definitely recommend.

Got this as my first Bluetooth headset - works well in almost every situation. Calls are clear, music is clear, and it picks up my voice well without much background noise. Battery life is excellent - on a full charge I get 2-4 days without having to recharge based on the amount of calls I take. The included earpieces are comfortable and come with an additional over-ear clip for extra stability if you so choose to use it. Good buy!

This is the second bluetooth I've owned. Itn fits comfortably in the ear. The sound is clear and the batttery oolife isn good. It charges quickly. Definitely wound purchase again.

Definetly easy to set up and use. Good sound quality and battery life. If i hadn't lost it would definitely still be using it.

I bought this headset as a gift for my friend. I have used several plantronics headset in the past and know that it is reliable brand. The sound quality on this bluetooth is good. Lacks little bit on noise cancellation, but voice on phone is pretty audible. It fits securely on the ear, and also comes with hook which can wrap around your ears for additional security.

My wife and I both got one. She loves hers. Fits nicely, decent sound quality. Mine seemed a little low in volume. I ended up taking mine back as I am not really a fan of earpieces. I prefer speaker phone while in the car. My wife says hers works great. This replaced a previous plantronics unit which failed for no reason. Sound quality when talking to her is fine.

I bought this to sync up with my computer for Lync calls, but it won't even though the salesman said it would. Regardless, it syncs up to my phone and is great compared to my previous bluetooth. Very comfortable, even for long periods. Great sound with no distortion, noise canceling for the people I talk to was also great. Walking through the airport and the continuous announcements were mostly cancelled out for the people I was talking to. it says 7 hours talk time and I believe it. I haven't reached that, but even when I used it and turned it off, it maintained battery after turning it off. Great headset.

Very clear voice and lightweight. This device is small and less notice you hear from the background. It stays in your ear without a hook in the back of your ear.

The sound quality is fine, nothing special. There are a few extra features that separate it from a $20 Bluetooth earpiece: It announces the estimated number of hours for talk time when you turn it on. There is an app that let's you see remaining earpiece talk time on your phone. The app has a mode to find the earpiece if it's lost. A long press on the talk button will activate Google Now on an Android device so you can call or text someone by voice commands (or ask any other question you'd ask Google). It has a standard micro USB charging port, much better than going with the Legend earpiece which has a proprietary charging cable that doesn't always work right. It's light. It stays in your ear without using a plastic loop for your ear.

I've Had a lot of different headsets over the past 2 years and this company ( Plantronics ) in my opinion is by far one of the best out there! They are durable,comfortable and very easy to use and They have a "Noise Canceling" feature that really works! They charge quickly and have a 7 hour talk time,so they usually last all day!

I originally walked into Best Buy with the intention of purchasing a Bose Bluetooth that I've been considering for quite some time. Much to my dismay- Bose quit making this sort of thing 7-8 months ago according to the person helping me. This particular item was recommended instead. I've been very happy with it. It has the battery life, sound quality, etc I expected from the Bose... And best of all... Was available! Would recommend to all!

Bluetooth has great sounds quality. It can be sensitive to background noise while on a call. Battery lasts a few days depending on hours of continuous use. Con It doesn't sit flush in my ear. It protrudes a lot. Even though it hasn't fell out yet.

I was looking for a headset that could allow me to use my keyboard easier when talking to clients My cell phone was a hassle and i was inadvertently hanging up or it was just uncomfortable. This headset is cool and easy to use. It also has great battery life. it has a little foil case with the charger carry around with my everywhere. I got an additional discount with my best buy points...for the price you cannot beat it.

I like this headset because it is lighter and fits perfectly. Nice sound quality.
