This headset is easy to use. It works great. Have had no problems with it. I like that it tells me how much talk time is left on it.

Bought for work (and also when I do UberEats and Lyft when I don't want to use my car Bluetooth). Been fan of plantonics for awhile and this one does not disappoint. 7 hour battery life and it's lived up to it. Charger "cord" is a neat magnetic flap (goes good on a belt loop). Weird thing to me is the USB portion of the charger is one of those half flat USB instead of the usual "box" style we are all used to seeing so the 1st feel times you plug in to charge into electrical source may feel weird at 1st

Easy to pair. Little hard to keep in the ear BUT great audio quality. Definitely cancels background noise when trying to talk to people on the phone.

I love my Plantronics Bluetooth, the sound is excellent and easy to pair. I would buy another one if this mess up.

I needed a new Bluetooth since I'm always on the go. This was a great price and I've had no problems with it at all. Great pairing, I've had bluetooth's that'll not pair and this hasn't done that to date. I would highly recommend to anyone with a busy lifestyle.

It worked great . Clear sound, very light and easy setup.

My only complaint is that the piece is uncomfortable on my ear. I feel like the part that goes into the ear is too big and could have used some cushion.

Bought it to replace water damaged motorola "Boom2". Much better and very lightweight on ear. My only issue is volume level is somewhat limited.

This is my third try at using bluetooth. Others were uncomfortable, fell out, didn't work right, etc. I love this one and am hooked on it. I don't know what I did before I had this. Now I can type, move around the office and multi-task to no end..it's great!

Bought this to replace my 500 model that my dog ate. Not as good volume on this model and the persons on the other side of the phone can tell it’s a headset almost as if you’re on speakerphone. This wasn’t the case w the 500 model. But clarity and ease of use is great. Will definitely stick w Plantronics.

I keep it on everyday. If I fall I can call from the Bluetooth for help even if my phone is on the table. Simply call from the Bluetooth !! I love it!!

Is a decent Bluetooth but it doesn't say the number that is calling so you have to look at your phone constantly when you are a heavy user as myself

Have a clear sound and easy to use. Also, it us small.

This is the second time I've gotten this model of blue tooth. They seem to last about a year to a year and a half. Sits comfortably in my ear and is very light. listening volume is sufficient for use in the car and I haven't heard complaints from call recipients on sound quality. I do wish they would last a little longer though.
