The quality is very good. We use it to communicate when my significant other is on the road. Very little static; easy to use and connect to the cell phone.

The only reason I gave this item 4 stars instead of 5, is that it hurts the inside of my ear. It holds its charge and you can actually hear people and they can hear you.

I needed to replace an older Plantronics headset whose battery was getting weak. This Bluetooth headset was less expensive, smaller, lighter, but loud enough to hear my customers and vice versa while talking to them over my company's VPN when working from home.

You can't really say much about a Bluetooth. I originally wanted Jawbone because after about 3 years, my old one died. I went into my local best buy and the guy told me they don't exist anymore. My choices are pretty much plantronic or jabra. Neither one really interested me, but I bought the plantronic. I like it. It does what it needs to do. Down sides... the app makes no sense whatsoever. I don't think you actually need it. And the ear loop that goes around your ear will rub the back of your ear raw. Overall tho, it is nice and the sound is crisp. I still miss my jawbone and the interactive features it had.

I have bought a few headphones bluetooth and this is exactly what I needed. I finally have something to make my life easier. People can hear me clearly and allows me to safely drive. I can hear my conference calls. Just a great feeling and I feel it allows me to get more work done.

Sound quality is good and it fits well in my ear, it stays in my ear. It doesn’t keep falling out of my ear like some of the other products.

The sound on this is incredible and especially because it's optimized for LTE Voice! Works great with my iPhone 6 and has a 6 hour battery life. This is the second Plantronics earpiece I've owned.

Great item. Very comfortable. Once in ear you can easy forget about it. Long lasting battery. Only thing is its not very loud. Great for price thought

This replaces my previous Plantronics BT that didn't survive the laundry. Reminder to self: Check your pockets before you was your clothes. My friends have no complaints about the quality of the sound on their end, and I am happy with the sound quality from the headset, whether phone call or media (games, music). I rarely use it for media, but sometimes it is nice if I want game sounds while in public. This headset is a good choice for this price point. When I lose or kill this headset, if I can't afford a fancy headset, I'll head for the Plantronics again.

This is lightweight comfortable to wear device. I use the ear loop and small in-ear plug with the extenders (ear grip thing) removed. Sound is great as iis the voice quality on the receiver's end.

This product is very easy to use and tells you the speaking time you have remaining. It is clear and no one has yet complained that they can't hear me. The plastic covering is for large ears only, I had to remove it and am using only the over the ear thingy to hold it in place. Still it is a secure and comfortable fit. Highly recommend.

The buetooth ear piece is very light. You don't know you have it in your ear and it stays in!! The sound quality is very good on both ends.

I have never owned a Bluetooth before purchasing this one and I must say it is the easiest one to use. Gives me hour usage before i need to charge it and connects and answers very easily. I love it. I would recommend it for first time users.

This actually lasts for the full seven hours mentioned on the box! I am on calls all day long. My job requires it and them my family lives in separate states so my life is on the phone. I have had several of these. Out of all the other bluetooth headsets this is one of my favorites. It's clear audio, connects to two devices, and I get a good 40 foot range out of them usually.

the earpiece is the most comfortable I have ever used and the battery charge is good for hours of use and will last days if used only occasionally. The sound quality is excellent.

I've tried a few bluetooth ear pieces and this one has the best battery life and looks the least obtrusive wearing it. The sound quality is great and people are constantly asking me to repeat myself when calling.

This Bluetooth device gives you 7 hours of talk time and holds the time even when it is not being used. It charges up really quickly as well! It is a little pricey but the sound quality and the battery charge time is well worth it.

Light weight and Comfortable to wear. Easy to use, answer calls, control volume. Really like the over-ear clip to hold the headset in place securely. Only one size of ear piece is included, but it seems to fit and perform well.

This is a pretty decent ear piece for the money except that the volume could be a little higher. It holds 7 hrs of talk time max.
