This product is equipped with "Quick Pair". Took about 60 seconds to pair and begin using. Love the way it just fits Ur ear without movement and without those cheap little plastic attachments that break after just a few uses.

I got this for my wife. Her business requires her to be available for phone calls all day long. It's a comfortable fit, has excellent sound quality and stays charged all day.

This is my second one I miss placed the first one and now I have two! Easy to use and the voice commands makes this product a breeze to operate. I'm very satisfied. My callers can hear me loud and clearly.

I've had this headset for a little over a month and it has worked great. The call quality on it is clear while speaking and listening. The voice warning are useful in letting you know how much talk time you have and how much battery life is left. I have found that when on hold with a particular call that the signal cuts in and out but I have not had that problem during an actual call. Outside of this its a great headset and would have received a 5 star rating from me if not for the minor issues.

Is good in sound , the range is good but it disconnect most of time and connect back itself is very annoying

Easy to use and as a very practical flexible USB charger cable. I use it with my iPhone for calls and all other audio (iHeart Radio, podcasts, etc.). It has a 7 hour charge with a low battery warning,

Sound quality is great on both ends. Easy to use. Took off one star because doesn't always work with Siri function on iPhone.

Has really good sound for the price. Light weight, clean reception and good battery life. I listen to Iheart and Pandora radio allot at work. I only switch to mp3 and music buds after lunch to save battery for other phone needs since it's down to 40% by then. Very satisfactory! I've washed them, lost them, broke them, but still buy the same product to replace them!!

Plartonics Explorer 500 is easy to use and has amazing audio quality. Small size keeps it inconspicuous. Very comfortable to use. Should have gotten this years ago. Hands free calling is fantastic.

I purchased this Bluetooth headset to replace my Motorola Boom HX600. I really liked the Boom, except that the "boom" that folded in and out to turn it on and off, kept breaking. The major advantage of the Plantronics - Explorer 505 is the ability to turn it on & off with a little slide type switch on the side of the headset. This really extends the already good battery life to several days. The clarity of calls is great both directions...no complaints from anyone on the other end. I am an extremely heavy user of this device as I am on the road (always hands free) or working at my computer when I need both hands while doing tech support. Another cool thing is that music from my iPhone plays through the headset when I need it to. All around great device!!!

Absolutely love this headset!! Paired flawlessly with my iPhone. Amazing sound quality!! Small profile, I can wear it for hrs while on a road trip. Easy to use buttons. Cannot go wrong with purchasing this headset!!!

This is the third Plantronics earpiece that I have owned over the past 6-8 years. This one functions as expected with clear sound and ease of use. It has options for how to attach to your ear providing for the best fit for your head. While never falling out of my ear, the default ear attachment tends to move around in my ear a small bit which I resolved by using the over the ear option.

I had previously had the Plantronics Marque 2. They discontinued that one and the is its update. Work grate, fit extremely well answer easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone plus very cost effective.

Ear piece fits comfortably and does not fall out, even though I don't use the clip. Sound is loud enough to hear in a noisy environment and people I call can make out my voice clearly. It is a very good unit

I have had for different ones before this one and it is the best. It stays in place in my ear and is very secure. And the length of the charge is excellent.

I got this as a replacement for the older model of Plantronics. I've always used this brand for the past 10 years and not much to complain about. They're very sturdy and that's the main reason I keep buying them. I can stuff it in my purse and not worry about it breaking. The battery lasts a long time even if you don't use it for awhile. Sound quality is a bit better than the older model but not much difference. It's a simple bluetooth but it works out well for what I need. The only thing I would want different is the range. It disconnects at 30 feet which can be inconvenient. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Comfortable to wear/ light weight... great clarity and buffers out background noise great!
