I was also happy with the separate audio and mic connections that could be used with the supplied spliter. I was disappointed in the amount of time they lasted before one of the speakers stopped working. If you're on a budget these will work, but for only a little more something else would be a better choice.

You might want to try your headset with a different computer or with a mobile device in order to isolate the issue and determine if it's on the headset, the audio splitter or the audio source. This model has a one year limited warranty, in case you find the problem is on the headset itself we recommend that you replace it.
