Didn't pay attention that it was not a USB connection and that is what I wanted. Owned it for about a month now and the buttons for sound control are already going bad. I really like the plantronics brand, I guess this was just the wrong head set to buy.

They pick up all kinds of background noise and the microphone is garbage. It doesn't give off great sound and it's hard for others to hear you unless they have the volume turned up really high. You get what you pay for, but I expected a little more since I have had $12 headsets that worked better and had better sound quality than these. Waste of money.

The mic cuts in and out, other people can only hear bits and pieces of what I say, they'll stick on mute, they mute only works when I want it to like 3/4th of the time. Was very disappointed in the product, especially for the price.

Are they wireless? NO. At $29.95 they provide a very comfortable, and very clean and clear audio path for both listening and speaking. I have purchased several sets of headphones from many different manufacturers. If you are looking for a no frills, reliable headset, that is lightweight and comfortable, and well constructed, this may be the set for you.

This mic tend to hot mic a lot AKA static background noise and make your voice unclear. So just put out an extra 10$ and buy some other mic. Honestly, don't buy it save yourself the hassle of returning it.

I've owned my set for months and use them for several hours each day while working. They look and work as good as new. The ear cups are the most comfortable that I've found. The sound quality is excellent and I use these routinely during conference calls in place of my bluetooth set since no matter how well the bluetooth works, it's never as good as a quality wired headset. I'm about to purchase another headset as a gift. I highly recommend this headset.
