SMALL EARPIECE LOTS OF BACKGROUND NOISE FOR CALLERS, BUT THE SIZE IS COMFORTABLE FOR THE USER. GREAT BATTERY TIME 11 HOURS

This is my third Plantronics bluetooth headset and I love it. I alternate between two headsets. I talk for hours using it. It enables me to do things around the house while talking on the phone. Sound is clear. Easy to pair to phone. Comfortable to wear for long periods. Tried other brands, didn't care for those. Went back to Plantronics.

I have to use a blue tooth at my job. It has to drown back ground noise and fit comfortably in my ear. This M95 is both of these and more. The battery life is unbelievable and I already have recommended it to several co-workers. Great Bluetooth at a great price!

Had an older Plantronics which gave me good service for almost 4 years and needed to replace it. Went with this model because I could shut off the voice activated feature. The battery life is super, (11hrs. talk time w/ full charge). Works well even when I'm driving with the window down. The ear piece can get uncomfortable after 6-8 hrs.

I definitely love this headset because not many of them give you 11 hours of true talk time but this does! I purchased this 3 times but that is due to my negligence and lack of buying the insurance....The sound is crystal clear and the durability is excellent...My only complaint is that the charging light is hard to see other than that I totally recommend this brand and product!!!

I recently purchased this as a holiday gift for a friend who was looking to replace her Motorola headset. Her criteria for a headset was simple: it had to be small & lightweight, easy to use and have HD sound. She was skeptical when she first opened the package but I told her if you want quality, you want Plantronics. She absolutely loves this headset. This headset was reasonably priced and had all of the features we were looking for. I definitely would recommend this model to others.

Got this to use with Cisco Jabber. It works okay, but not great. The sound quality was fine but not all functions work with Jabber...which probably has more to do with Jabber than this device. Couldn't answer calls on the device itself, had to use the Jabber app controls on my computer to accept/end calls. Also, the hold function doesn't work. Following the instructions to hold/mute a call would start/stop music but not put the call on hold or mute the mic. I also found it very difficult when calling a business that had automated voice-prompt answering systems.

The M95 Bluetooth delivers a clear and rich sound. The M95 is also easy to pair with your phone and is less expensive than other Bluetooth devices. But most of all, it delivers eleven hours of talk time. I am in the car for several hours every day and don't have time to stop and re-charge it for an hour. If you are looking for a reliable communication accessory, this is it.

Crystal clear sound. The ear knob is too big for my ear, so it becomes painful after a little while. Caution: amplifies your sound to the other end, so you don't need to speak loudly. But, background noise (even rustling papers) becomes amplified, too. Hurts their ears. Battery lasts for approximately 11 turned on hours.

Easy to pair And comfortable to wear. Great sound. Not expensive but works great!

I go everywhere with this thing. It's tiny, has a very long battery life, and it's comfortable. I forget I'm wearing it. When I'm not using it, it's small enough to put in my pocket. It's a different experience to always have your hands free. I removed the loop over ear piece. It stays in my ear just fine without it and it's easier to pop in and out of my ear without the loop.

Great quality sound, fits like a glove. Don't even know I have it on. Love the 11 hour talk time!

I’m so sad they won’t be selling these anymore. I’ve bought 4 of them in the past few years. Because I’ve lost them not because they break. The battery life you can not beat, very clear and small.

This is great Bluetooth headset. It is very comfortable and the battery is amazing! The other person hears you very well... Sometimes too well. It does pick up noises so when you are in the store the other person may find it a little too loud. That's the only negative thing but overall for the price you can go wrong. It's great with hands free mode if your phones offers that

This is my second time purchasing this headset. It's comfortable to wear. I forget sometimes that I have it on. The battery last a long time, charges pretty fast as well. Only down side is that the ear piece wears out after several years. So buy the protection plan.

Very comfortable, keeps at least a three hour charge and excellent clarity.

Although i gave this a 5 i did return the product for a different model. This model was very clear to hear, simple to use, and felt pretty confortable even with glasses. I did not like that the model did not state my contacts, it just said you have a phone call. That defeated my view of needing to be hands free.

Comfortable ear piece. Good sound. Lasts a long time. Charges quickly.

I bought this headset for my sister as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loves it. The sound is clear. She can play music through it and she looooves the distance on it. She has left the phone in the house while going into the backyard and she can use it with clear sound and voice quality. Also, when its fully charged she gets around 11 hours of use out of it. Sometimes she doesn't charge it for days!!!!! Its great buy!!!!!!
