Great sound quality. Very comfortable on my ear. Intuitive and easy to set up. Only draw back is that the voice answer rarely works. When the phone rings the headset states "answer or ignore". I can yell "answer" until I'm blue in the face and it will not answer. No biggie though as you can simply press the button on the side of the headset to answer. I also like that it plays pandora, pod casts, youtube, etc. through the headset. I felt the price point was reasonable for the quality.

For the money you can't beat this ear piece. It works well when you are driving or in a limited noise area. The weight of the ear piece is light and the battery charge for 7 talk hours is sufficient during a normal day. I like the fact you have an icon on your phone letting you know your battery status and it reminds you as it gets low. Controls on the ear piece are easy to operate and you will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Small comfortable. Easy to use. Great directions. Has a pretty good distance. One button push to answer. Or you can say answer. It's clear and lightweight. Battery lasts a long time.

I like that it is lightweight. I appreciate that it tells you how much talk time you have left. I also like that it allows you to say "accept" or "decline" when you get incoming calls. I really like the noise reduction feature too.

I have always had good luck with the Plantronics headsets/ear pieces. This one is no exception. It fits my ear pretty well and the times I have used it, I have had good sound quality. But, in all honesty, I have not used it in windy areas or with the windows rolled down. Other than seeing how it works in windy areas, it is a very nice little unit.

The thing that mattered most to me was size and comfort. I have small ear canals, so this is the only in-ear bluetooth headset that I found that both fit well and comfortably. The ear hook is key: keeps the headset right in place. Range is good. Battery life is very good. Charges quickly. Great headset for $23.99 on sale.

Bought this as a gift for someone that is not technically savvy. It was easy to pair straight from the box and simple short easy to follow usage instructions. The person said the earpiece is very comfortable and the sound and talk quality is fantastic.

I have used this Bluetooth everyday...all day since I purchased it. The ''deep sleep'' mode conserves the battery and prevents unnecessary drainage. On a full charge, talk time is 7 hours. After a long 12-13 hour day with the device powered on and in use most of the time, it still has 5 hours of talk time when I plug in to recharge! The only draw back is that there's only one volume button, requiring you to cycle through all volume levels. It's great otherwise!

Excellent bluetooth!! I bought this to replace an bluetooth that was more expensive and suppose to be of better quality. This Plantronics was cheaper in price and better in quality. Take my word for it, I would recommend this to anyone that would listen.Wasn't crazy about color but love the bluetooth.

I have been using the headset with the extended mic and did not think I would like the shorter one without the extended mic. This one is really nice. The sound is good, listeners can hear and say it is very clear. I can hear conversations very well. I do have to turn the volume up, however, to be fair I have tinnitus. My only complaint is that the hard plastic ear piece (that wraps around the ear) does not bend and it gets uncomfortable by the end of the day (I wear mine all day as I work from home without a land-line.)

It has a long battery life. If I forget to charge it overnight I can still last through the next day. I can hear whoever I'm talking to very clearly and they can hear me clearly. It has a great sleek look. It fits nicely into my ear, which I had a problem with using other bluetooths.

This headset works well and has a clear sound. It would have been nice to include an adapter to charge in the car. At full charge, it usually gets about 7 hours of talk time.

This is a 2nd one that I purchased for my wife. My 1st one is still working very well after 2-1/2 yrs of everyday use. Battery still charges fully and lasts almost as long as when I bought it. Sound is clear. Very comfortable on the ear ... almost forget I have it on.

The Bluetooth I purchased is lightweight, fashionable, and user friendly. Easy to set up. Smart and talks to you to give you valuable information. Great buy!

It's comfortable, the sound quality is excellent and the controls are simple. I especially appreciate the voice command, although it can be a bit slow. 5he battery lasts a long time. I see no reason to spend more for a different model.

Before buying this one, i had used 3-4 other bluetooth headsets and was not fully satisfied with either of them. They all have their connectivity issues as well as voice quality issues. Eventually i ended up giving them to my younger cousins most of the times. So When this time i wanted to buy another bluetooth headset, i explored a little bit on Amazon and other websites for good reviews And found this particular model to be having very good reviews and found this to be cheaper than some other ones. When i checked it on BestBuy.com i found even cheaper price for this product so i though of giving it a shot. So i went to Best Buy store where it was showing a higher price but they were very happy to price match it for the online price and i felt very good. After using it for a few days, i loved the voice quality that it provides. Although the person on the other side hears back ground noises (so that means it does not kill all the back ground noises as efficiently) but it is still better than others i have used. One small issue that i see with this product sometime is the connectivity gets hampered a little bit at some occassions. I am not able to figure out under what conditions it happens though. But so far i found it worth the money and solves my purpose. Thanks

The unit is light and sleek. The program tells you everything, i.e., talk time available; announces that the unit is on; announces that the unit is off. Gives complete instructions and notifications of all functions. I love it....BUY IT!!!!
