Had to get a bluetooth for work. Bought a cheaper model at first, but returned it because it was very uncomfortable to wear. Picked up this for not much more money and am very pleased. Only complaint is that it will not read out names and numbers of who is calling.

This Bluetooth is very lightweight and comfortable. Very clear both speaking out or hearing the person you're speaking too. The only draw back is the range or lack there of from the phone and walking around where your at. Other than that it is a very good product.

This Bluetooth has good sound quality and battery life. It was a good price, too.

Fits well in the ear, good call quality and people say they can hear me fine. i just wish there was an over the ear option for how you can wear this, as in ear isn't always the most comfortable.

I read all the reviews on this Plantrontic headset before buying. I liked the headset with the easy use but I wear my headset very long hours almost 15 hours a day. After a few hours it started to hurt and had to return it to Best Buy after a week.

very clear but low range. Found greater range with cheaper blue toothe units? Family felt voice clarity & back ground quietness was much better!

Hooking the work phone and personal phone to one Bluetooth was quick and easy. Training myself to only answer the personal phone when needed is an option that I greatly appreciate. Repairs back to phone easily when walking in and out of range. Light weight and small I found taking off the clear rubber piece in the ear made it more comfortable. I use it in the home and joke with work about not being able to take it into the shower. One day they will invent a water proof so that excuse will not work for dispatch, until then I'm very pleased.

Great sound quality. Only 2 issues with sound since purchased. Not sure the cause, but a simple on/off switch and it was working perfectly. Comes with a few ear pieces that adjust to "most" ears. Maybe mine are just weird. I've switched back and forth from two, to find the most comfortable fit. I'd recommend this for a first time buyer or savvy shopper.

I really like my headset. I would definitely recommend it. It fit perfect in my ear. I wear it all the time and especially while working out. I also drive a delivery truck for a living and it works great because I don't miss any calls. The best thing about this headset is that it has great sound.

The sound quality is excellent! I am told that the person I call has no idea I am using a wireless headset. I have purchased other headsets and am most impressed with this one. I must have a small ear because other headsets hurt after having in my ear for just a short time. The variable size options to attach to this Bluetooth makes the device much more comfortable. Also love the fact that no one realizes that I have the Bluetooth in my ear if I for instance run into the grocery store (I do have hair that covers my ear).

My mother is 76 years young and she loves the freedom of this headset . if you are looking for that perfect gift for you grandmother or someone older who loves to talk on the phone this is it. My mom talks and ,walks and moves her hands at all times when on the phone this gave her the freedom to do just that,,, and its super clear and loud enough that she can hear it very well.. but one for your grandmother today.

This is a great Bluetooth. Holds the charge and fits well in my ear. I sometimes don't use it for several days and it stays charged.

I was going to buy a more expensive headset but the associate I spoke to recommended this one for sound quality. It sounds great and I love it tells you talk time left every time you turn it on. It is comfortable and I have problems hearing or being heard even with the car windows open. I would recommend this to everyone and have to many of my friends. I thought it was great that the associate recommended a product that was less expensive but performed better other than just saying the higher priced item was best. That is what I call customer service and I applaud your staff for having that kind of mind set. I will continue to tell my friends and anyone looking for a quality headset to buy this product. The overall talk time seems to have dropped off slightly in the month or so I have had the product but has not been significant enough to impact my usage. I love it and after buying 5 other units in the past 5 years this is by far the best so far.

The sound quality is great even with windows open in my car. Plus the range is enough that I can walk around in my house without losing connection while my phone is charging. I really like the voice texting so I can focus on the road while still receiving texts from my clients and supervisor, though the process can be a bit annoying at times.

this is a great Bluetooth headset that can be a bit tricky to pair with two devices but once done it works with the two devices simultaneously. Long battery life, unit is small and can be easily misplaced The only con is the ear piece which for me can sometimes be uncomfortable. Other than that a great product for a reasonable price.
