      Thank you for your honest review on our RIG 400HS, we are sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your unit.

      In order to troubleshoot this issue please be sure to try rotating the headband the the opposite side (front facing back) and re-attach the speakers this way to see if this makes a difference. In case the issue remains the same we will consider this to be a problem with your unit and recommend that you replace it.
