Could not wait to open the box. All the shiny lettering and awesome pics on it. So first things first. 1. Customized fit. It will adjust to the top of your head perfect each time with the comfort band. 2. Outstanding sound right out of the box. But with the sound app it makes all the little leaf crunches, twig snapping, and the last words of your latest victim sound like you are right there. 3. Removable and replaceable ear cups. I had no issues with the ones that came with it, but if I wanted to change to oval, air flow or lighter weight ear cups I can with the optional accessories. 4. this is for a laptop type of connection (one plug for both mic and speaker) so if you have separate inputs (like most desktops do) then you will need a adapter to hook this bad boy up. 5.Cable length is decent with braided support. just long enough to get where you need to go, but not too much to end up tripping over. 6. Microphone is removable easily for the times you just want to listen to audio without having it attached. However it does swing up (which also mutes the mic) and is position-able to get the perfect mouth to mic ratio (yes I looking at you, heavy mouth breathers). So all in all I was happy with the headphones and look forward to the 7.1 sounds on my next Netflix marathon.

Simple Review: Yes, but these headphones of you want great sound and comfort for your gaming or multimedia experience. Extended Review: I always start off usually with the unboxing experience and well it could be better. It's all of that cheap cardboard covering it with plastic. Once you get past that awful plastic are some metal headphone with a couple attachments to complete your headset. Performance is where these babies shine! I started it off with just music to see if I could hear the small details of my favorite sounds. I heard them with ease but with a comfortable ear ups that didn't cook my head while listening for long periods of time. I switched gears to gaming which the microphone makes it simple. Reason I say that is because you simply push the mic up and your muted instead of hinting for a button in the middle of an epic raid. The dongle price you usually have to hit to mute just simplifies it with a volume rocker up and down. Love it! All in all they are great headphones for a great price. Some might say for this cost they expect wireless headphones but to that person I'd say that wireless headphone won't sound as good as this one on any scale. Hope my review helped you and enjoy the headphones.

Would not buy this item. Great sound. But stopped working. I have had two with in a year.

The boons on EVERY model I've had NEVER works correctly. ALWAYS been a problem after 2 weeks of use.

These felt like they would be a strong performer for my hour sessions of PUBG, but instead only were a disappointment. I couldn't stand how tight and annoying the strap on my head was. I even adjusted as much as I could. I returned ASAP.

The Dolby Atmos feature listed for this headset is nothing more than a $14 license for Dolby Atmos for headphones application. The headset has nothing special to it, and in fact feels cheap and has poor stereo audio quality when on PC(Was actually great on PS4). I work in the video game industry and was hoping to get something I could move easily from PC to consoles. I do not blame Best Buy for the miscommunication on the atmos feature as they go off of what is supplied to them from the manufacturer. Will be definitely returning these and upgrading with a quality product from another manufacturer.

I was not sure what to expect as I am not a “true gamer” but wow are these things light weight and fit snug as a glove once you make adjustments with the included cables and ear cups. The sound is all around you, above, behind, side, front and below. Oh my as you move in the game the sound tracks beautifully for a truely immersive sound experience. These things feel so light on your head that I could wear them all day and not get fatigued. The controls are easy to use. Fir the price, this is just a fantastic bargain.
