    Full transparency, this is my first ever gaming headset but I read about it on the plantronic website and read the reviews and glad I made the purchase. The open "vented" headset keeps my head cooler then my friends headset I use when at his place. I also like being able hear background noise while playing games. As for sound, uh idk, sounds fine to me!

    I love this product, everything was phenomenal about it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I belive it could have had a better mic. For me it was just a little to far off. If that could be adjustable it would be a full 5 stars from me.

    I initially saw these on the shelf on sale and passed them up. The next day, I came back, saw only one was left and bought them. They are very comfortable, have great sound quality, and they stay a lot cooler on the ears than my old turtle beach set did. I wear glasses and these are excellent for prolonged use/wear!

    The Plantronics headset was ordered as a gift, but was returned. A gift certificate was purchased instead, allowing recipient to select a more suitable headset of his choice. Best Buy refunded my money promptly and the new headset met all expectations.
