These headphones are extremely comfortable especially on long-playing sessions. However, the lack of an in-line volume control can make it difficult to get the volume exactly where you would like it.

I'll preface this by saying I'm not very picky when it come to audio equipment. Overall this was a very clear headset. I like that it is very lightweight and fits my big head well. IT doesn't cut out outside noise all that well but for the price I didn't expect it too.

Looks cool, sounds great, and very comfy. You wouldn't expect it out of a $60 headphone. I mainly use it for online conference calls and it sounds like I'm in the room. The mic is crystal clear according to the people on the other end. Great product!

This was a great buy! Read the reviews and was not dissapointed. The sound is crisp and clear, the bass is just right and treble is intense. I used these to play on PC and PS4, Star Wars Battlefront for both platforms and overwatch. The explosions and weapon's fire truly sound realistic and immersive. Everyone hears me well over the mic, and the way it mutes as you put it in the UP position really makes it easy to jump in and out of conversations. One of the best part is the headset is customizable. If you go to the plantronics website, you can change the earphones to surround sound earphones and every part can be replaced and upgraded seperately, so if a piece gets broken, rather than buying or exchanging the entire headset, you can just order the seperate piece. Truly a practical, adaptable, and immersive headset. I reccomend anyone to buy them.

I bought these for my son who is always breaking the headsets I get him, these are built better than almost all the others, I expect these to last a long time due to the design and materials used, they are very comfortable and have great sound.

Comfortable, easy to wear - great for gaming. This is a good value for those in the gaming world, decent for audio, but not audiophile quality. It is always nice to go to a store to look, feel and touch. Best Buy delivers.
