Though Plantronics has made good by sending me another mic to remedy my issue; my experience with Plantronics was friendly and good customer service. I recieved the new mic and my problem is still there but it’s ever so slight. In all fairness I’m going to borrow a gaming headset from a friend to test and make sure it’s not my PC connection/sound card.

Very UNCOMFORATBLE

Most use nice soft memory foam, which can get warm, but these might as well be hard plastic. I even tried to wrap something hard with rubber bands to compress the foam (trying to wear them in to make it somewhat soft and bearable) but they were just as hard. The sound is great and I was very impressed with the highs mids and lows all being very balanced and clear, but if you can't wear them for 30 mins without wanting to remove them...it's a no go!

The clamp force on the headset should be enough for the product to not slide on your head under normal use but it shouldn't be too strong as to cause discomfort, if this is the case you might want to try adjusting the headband to make it larger and see if this helps.

If you don't find the volume loud enough please make sure that you configure volume in your console settings. Please note that our headsets meet and exceed OSHA standard regulations/requirements. none of our headsets exceed 118dBA. Good for small ears
