This bluetooth headset functions quite well - good clear audio w/ great noise-cancelling functionality, excellent battery life, convenient access to the function controls. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it not been for the two following issues: *When re-charging the headset battery, it gives no indication of when the charge is full and complete. *I have a small ear canal, and with the headset speaker being such a large diameter, I was unable to prevent the headset from falling out of my ear (even with the provided "around the ear hook attachment" installed). However, I liked the performance of the product so much that I ended up fabricating a simple soft rubber "earpiece adapter" that works great and allows the earpiece to fit snugly but not uncomfortably in my ear (see attached pic).

I've been trying to find a good Bluetooth with noise cancellation and clarity for several months. I bought 5 different ones through Amazon... But ended up returning all of them. This one is great! People can hear me well, I'm not muffled sounding and it has excellent noise cancellation built in. It was worth every penny!! I highly recommend it for someone who wants to be comfortably handsfree with a solid device!

I love this Bluetooth. It’s great at blocking noise coming from my end, tells me who’s calling, and has a long battery. The only con I’d say is the ear piece that goes around the outside of the ear is a bit too tight. Got another ear piece that's bigger and works great Bought 2 more for family members and they like it too

I just say “answer” and I get talking... “decline and d call cut off It last for the whole day despite the fact that it’s says 6hrs charged. It’s very clear and easy to find with the app downloaded

I absolutely love this product. It fits over the ear, the sound is clear on both ends, and it has great noise reduction.

High quality earpiece with great features such as noise cancellation that works very well. The only problem that I have is that at times it can be hard to hear.

My Edge was recently lost/stolen so I purchased the 3200. I was surprised to learn the 3200 is compatible with the Edge and was able to use the Edge’s charging cradle.

When I lost the version before this one, I Headed straight to Best Buy to by another!!! Love this product!!!! I never leave home without it!’n

This fits so well in my ear without hurting or falling out

I needed to upgrade to a better ear piece as my last one started to wear into my ear and would not stay secure to my ear. Once I figured out a comfortable ear piece sizing provided for the ear piece, I decided to use both the inner and outer loop. I have a very physically active job which requires firm fitting and this one really holds securely and comfortably! Pairing the unit to my Android was very simple and it does not drop connection throughout the day. The range is very good as well. I can easily get 200 feet before I loose connectivity which is fantastic! It also enables voice commands even though it lists as an "I Phone" accessory, it works well with Android. It announces the callers name (if in your contact list) and it gives a voice option to answer or ignore call with your voice so there is no need to reach up and push a button. Volume is very good and talk time is roughly 5 hours. Not bad for a small unit. Call quality is excellent and on down time, it will also play your phone's music library on it (if you like single ear sound). Overall I give this item a 10 and I am very happy with it!

This has been a very good purchase. It has clear sound and good range and most importantly it is comfortable in my ear. The battery life has proven to be good as it lasts for the entire day with full day use. Recommended.

I purchased this to replace a different headset that would not fit. I had a Plantronics prior to that one as well and it too worked well but the ear loop broke and unfortunately Plantronics does not sell them alone. Now I have 2 headset, one ear loop, but tons of charged headset time. Both charge in the same holder.

Battery life consistently the best w/out compromising audio quality. Noise cancelling microphone, even in windy conditions. Lightweight w/out fatigue. 25+ years with this manufacturer. Warranty & spare parts always there. BT works w/out tweaking for any device/host.

I like the easy fit on the ear and the sound quality and noise reduction is great. Able to receive and make calls very easily. The only problem I had was volume even though the volume was at max on my android, however, it is a very good bluetooth unit.

I have small ears and have a hard time using conventional bluetooth devices as they have large over the ear hooks that typically would just fall off my ear, usually right in the middle of an important work call. This earpiece has a small soft piece of plastic that fitts right inside my ear for a comfortable fit and no worries about my earpiece falling off my ear day! Also, since it just sits in your ear, you don't have to worry about switching the speaker around to the other side and possibly breaking it when you want to switch up which ear you are using. I also don't seem to have as many dropped calls with this earpiece and the sound quality is fantastic. One negative, if you have longer hair, this earpiece is extremely small and you do run the risk of people not realizing you are on a call because they won't see it! Otherwise, I recommend this to anyone that would like to not have to worry that that hook won't work on their ears!

This replace my 6 year old motorola boom. I like the features of being able to audibly say answer and mute with a easy single button. It is light and that is important to me and it has a decent battery life. Only 4 stars because it’s volume is a little low compared to my motorola, but not a glaring factor. I would recommend to anyone looking for a phone bluetooth.

Great little Bluetooth Headset! It is comfortable for long term usage. Lightweight enough that after a while you won't know its there. Came with multiple fittings for best fit in ear. Clear communication on both earpiece and microphone. Connecting to an I phone for use, people on the other end of phone say they can't tell that I'm using a headset with my phone. No tin can sound that some have, just clear communication. Power sustainability is acceptable for usage.

Sound clarity is high and (according to those I talk with) the device actually does filter out a good amount of background noise. It is super-lightweight and I barely notice it in my ear, but those who really dislike in-ear my have an issue. Battery usually lasts for 4-5 hours of talk time before needing a recharge (and it charges FAST). Buttons are easy to feel and are more intuitive than other headsets I have had.

I've had several different brands and styles in the past and this one is my favorite. Light and non imposing Very clear sound. Easy to hear on both ends. Nice long battery life when fully charged. Fits well and stays in ear. Charge time not long for the amount of use one gets. Easy to use and responds well to voice commands (IE answer call) Would easily buy another one.
