    Fabulous ear piece!!

    Have worn this for 3 days now, all day. I am an extremely heavy bluetooth user (I wear at least 8 hours/day). My biggest issue is usually comfort for in-ear mono bluetooth headsets. This is pure comfort. I have used it as-is, right from the box, never needed to change eargels, or use the included ear loop. It stays put. It's comfortable, and not heavy. I don't even realize I'm wearing it sometimes, it's that light. I have tried all the brands and all the styles of mono headsets...this is by far the best in comfort, quality of sound, style, and ease of use. I prefer bluetooth headsets to be comfortable, have text-to-speech capabilities, voice readout of calls and at least 5 hours talk time. This meets and exceeds my expectations. There is only 1 issue I have with this headset. I feel the call button, though large and easy to locate, requires too much force to push while in my ear. While wearing a mono earpiece such as this, I feel it should take minimal effort to switch calls or hang up. This to me though, is a minor imperfection, something that I can deal with, because all of the other features outweigh this 1 negative. It still deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

    This bluetooth headset functions quite well - good clear audio w/ great noise-cancelling functionality, excellent battery life, convenient access to the function controls. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it not been for the two following issues: *When re-charging the headset battery, it gives no indication of when the charge is full and complete. *I have a small ear canal, and with the headset speaker being such a large diameter, I was unable to prevent the headset from falling out of my ear (even with the provided "around the ear hook attachment" installed). However, I liked the performance of the product so much that I ended up fabricating a simple soft rubber "earpiece adapter" that works great and allows the earpiece to fit snugly but not uncomfortably in my ear (see attached pic).

    Love the "in ear" design

    I have small ears and have a hard time using conventional bluetooth devices as they have large over the ear hooks that typically would just fall off my ear, usually right in the middle of an important work call. This earpiece has a small soft piece of plastic that fitts right inside my ear for a comfortable fit and no worries about my earpiece falling off my ear day! Also, since it just sits in your ear, you don't have to worry about switching the speaker around to the other side and possibly breaking it when you want to switch up which ear you are using. I also don't seem to have as many dropped calls with this earpiece and the sound quality is fantastic. One negative, if you have longer hair, this earpiece is extremely small and you do run the risk of people not realizing you are on a call because they won't see it! Otherwise, I recommend this to anyone that would like to not have to worry that that hook won't work on their ears!

    Works best when it has a full to medium charge. It charges quickly. The talk time and using it to listen to videos or other internet is good, the battery lasts quite a while. I was really surprised by the range it's literally 80 ft whenever it has a full charge and at least 50 ft at a medium charge. Like any earpiece your ear will have to get used to it but what's cool is that if you have it laying down or anyting when you pick it up and put it in your ear it automatically answers your call. This is my first earpiece Bluetooth I used to have a headset. I wasn't sure how I would like this but it's actually working out pretty well. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and the people that I talked to when I'm standing around the loud running truck can actually hear me well and I can hear them well also it has good noise cancelling software whatever it is they put in these things to make them work but the audio quality ingoing and outgoing is good.

    The Features are Great, The Comfort Sucks

    I bought the Voyager 3220 on 11/22, so I've only had it for a couple of days now. I like the features the headset offers such as the syncing with my contacts and telling me who is calling, then allowing me to answer or reject the call by saying "answer" or "ignore". I can't comment on things like battery life and durability at this time. I was running some water in my sink while talking with my Mom on Thanksgiving and asked her if she could hear the water running and she could, so not so sure how good the Noise Cancelling is. The one thing that I have an issue with is the comfort of this device, the ear buds that come with the 3220 are very uncomfortable. I used the Motorola Booms for a number of years and they were so comfortable to wear that at times I would forget that I was wearing it, can't say the same for this one! Since Best Buy has the 15 day return policy, I may end up returning this If the comfort does not improve.

    This is the 4th Plantronics Bluetooth I have purchased. The newest one prior to this I ran over with my car. I have always been impressed with the quality and sound.The 5200 is no different. The clarity on the receiving end is very good according to those I have asked. It will tell you who is calling if they are a contact in your phone and it speaks the battery level in hours. You can say answer or ignore and it will do whichever you choose. If you download the app you can find it if you misplace it with the Find My Headset feature you can have it make a sound and even adjust the volume. I used it once the day after I bought it and even if the battery dies it can still show you within so many within 5-10 feet where it was last (you have to have GPS on).

    Outstanding Ear Piece

    First, I have been a Plantronics Voyager Edge user for years and although I have always loved that ear piece, when I turned on this 3200 I immediately could hear the increase in volume while listening to the caller! I had to turn the volume down for the first time ever when after all this time I simply wanted a little more volume out of the Edge. This ear piece is extremely easy to connect to my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone and another benefit outside of the increased volume is the ability to download the Plantronics App and use the ear piece locator! The volume when using the locator is sufficient enough to locate your lost ear piece in a quiet setting. The weight is no different than the Edge and continues to be light weight and very comfortable to wear. Again, the volume for listening is what really makes me give this review a 5! To all readers that are hooked on the Edge like I was, move on to this new model 3200 and you will be quite pleased!

    I've been using this Bluetooth for over a month now, and I can say that you definitely get your money's worth of $80 for this Bluetooth. I find myself carrying this Bluetooth with me everywhere I go. An excellent feature is the sensors in the Bluetooth that know if you had just put your Bluetooth in your ear in the middle of a phone call that it will automatically answer your phone call. It also works great with listening to music or podcasts, especially if you're out working on a jobsite and you're all by yourself. I found out that if you take out your Bluetooth out of your ear while playing or listening to some audio that it will automatically pause and then play again if you put it back in your ear.

    Its s good bluetooth does the job but hurts my ear and the answer end call button is not convenient when hands are full , and the voice answer call listens sometimes depending on the background noise. At work my hands are always busy ,, I been using JABRA STEALTH for the last two years the answer end call button was placed perfectly I could do a ear to shoulder and answer when hands are full ... sadly jabra stealth was discontinued. And bestbuy will no longer sell it .so I stuck with this one , I know theres other options but I cant walk around at work or anywhere with a bluetooth the size of my cheak .. so I do like the size JAbra stealth was smaller but this one is just a lil bigger and heavier.. it will do for now

    I recently started trucking, and have to have a headset to talk on (we aren’t allowed to touch our phones while driving) and I had seen for year the big headsets truckers usually wear, well those just aren’t for me. I wanted something compact and this thing is! ...nearly weightless too - 9 grams. Battery life is pretty great too 6 hrs talk time is excellent considering how small the battery must be in this tiny headset. I’m impressed. And best of all, it fits in my ear securely and comfortably WITHOUT having to use the included “over-the-ear-loop”. Plus built in Siri or google assistant and my phone is now truly hands-free.

    I am on the go much of the time and dont always have the time or ability to look at my phone none the less hold my phone to my ear or mess with cables or get tangled up. I have 2 bluetooth ear buds for my phone calls and they work fantastic. My first unit purchased is an Explorer 550 from Plantronics and works awesome very light weight but not a huge amount of volume but works great. My second purchase was for more volume and this Voyager 3220 delivers on volume. A little bit bulkier but not uncomfortable by any means and yhe volume is there if you need it. Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing my head piece sometimes. This 3220 tells you who is calling and asks you if you would like to answer or ignore,,,,, its that simple! Great buy

    Bought this great Plantronics - Voyager 3220 Bluetooth Headset a few days ago and I could not be more happy. Read that it hurts the ear, which made me very apprehensive with the purchase. I asked if I could return the product if it didn't work out as I have very sensitive ears and have ear pain. I was assured that I could return this product. The 1st few days I limited the time that the headset was in my ear and I'm already very comfortable to wear this when need. I'm really glad I made this purchase the Plantronics - Voyager 3220 Bluetooth Headset has great sound and everyone I talk with tell me my voice is as clear as a bell. Great product!

    I have had an on again off again relationship with Bluetooth headsets for a long time. I'm never shy about how much I spend on them, but it feels like I'm only ever able to hold on to them for a few months before I give up on them. I've tried duel earphone over the neck pieces, single in-ear pieces, and I've tried from a ton of different brands. This Bluetooth headset was probably the least expensive piece I've ever purchased and it's been one of the easiest to use with great quality. It fits my ear comfortably, it has good voice quality, and it's not complicated charging or maintaining it. I would definitely recommend this device.

    This my first Plantronics headset and its really good. I've always had the Jabra $99.00 stealth headset and I was happy with them too. The only complaint I had with the Jabra was that it had voice answer function which means, you say answer to the head set and it would answer. The problem was it would answer on its own even if you don't say anything. If the Jabra was in your pocket, it would answer. I bought these because I lost my Jabra and they were out of stock. I would definitely buy these again if needed another headset.

    This Bluetooth is actually pretty decent. I bought it for my mom and she loves the speak to answer function and how it sounds. It blocks out background noise when I call her and it’s so clear. It’s also easy to use. The only reason why I’m giving this a 4-Star is because for my mom it’s very uncomfortable to put in the ear. Maybe she just has to get used to it but she is struggling. If it doesn’t get better, I’ll have to get her another one that rests on top of the ear instead of inside. And it’ll be too bad bc this is a great headset so far other than that small issue.

    Nice replacement for old plantronics earbud

    Half the volume went away on my old three year plantronics explorer 500. I like how simple that model was to use and the comfort in the ear, just pop it in. As a whole the overall reviews out there for models like this weren't more than 4 stars, seems a handful or more people always have a problem or not happy. Decided on this model as it was similar in style and fit but with some upgrades. Its comfortable like my old one, the volume levels are great and I like the auto answer feature. Just hope it lasts longer than my last as it was twice as much.

    This is a high quality bluetooth given my dad doesn't have to ask anyone to repeat themselves while speaking them over the phone using them in his hard of hearing ears. Easy to use and set up by himself (he's not that tech-savvy neither). A tad on the expensive side, but better than replacing multiple times with lower valued bluetooths, which may add up to be more than this price. By the way, he loves the portable battery accessory for on-the-go charging, too!

    I've been trying to find a good Bluetooth with noise cancellation and clarity for several months. I bought 5 different ones through Amazon... But ended up returning all of them. This one is great! People can hear me well, I'm not muffled sounding and it has excellent noise cancellation built in. It was worth every penny!! I highly recommend it for someone who wants to be comfortably handsfree with a solid device!

    After two years of daily use I had to replace my original earpiece because the battery would get maybe three hours of talk time and I had to turn it on and off with a paperclip. So, I purchased a new one in Oct 2017. Unfortunately, almost immediately, I noticed that talk time was not nearly at the max, now it doesn't even charge completely and it doesn't consistently announce the caller. I would chalk it up to getting a defective earpiece but I bought my mom one at the same time and she experiences the same thing.

      This model should provide you with up to 6 hours of talk time on a full charge. If you're getting considerably lower talk time you might want to ensure your headset's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub software then try fully draining and recharging your headset to see if this helps the issue.     Trade off

    I went to replace my 6th or 7th Voyage Edge to find that it had been replaced with the identical but rebranded 3220. Great headset! Wonderful sound. Incredible distance allowed between phone and headset. BUT!!! It is extremely fragile. Don't leave it in your breast pocket and then bend over to pick something up. If it falls out and hits the floor beware. If it lands on its tip it's toast. You will hear the other party fine, but you will sound like a garbled mess. Don't drop it. FYI, the charger cases that came as standard issue with the Edge work perfectly with the 3220.
