    Plantronic has a superior product.

    Perfect is every way. This is my third Plantronic, and I always get this style. I've had 2 Bluetooth brands as well as a Sony set that cost more than this but I LOVE this device for comfort, and clarity for both myself and the other person. I purchased the V3200 to replace my Plantronic Edge, only because the GeekSquad Protection Plan for the Edge expired 60 days before I bounced it off a marble floor, and while I can use it for listening, there's a problem with the microphone now, but I'm not surrendering it yet because it's so comfortable in the ear. LOVE Plantronic, and the Geek Squad Protection.

    I have tried and returned many different Bluetooth headsets and this Plantronics - Voyager 3220 Bluetooth Headset is by far the most comfortable one I have had. The sound quality is great, I use this in my office for conference calls all the time and I can keep this in my ear for hours without an issue. The sound quality on my end is good not great but that is not as important to me as to the positive response I have gotten from people who say I am very clear. Good job Plantronics on a high quality unit

    Our state recently passed mandatory hands free driving for any device you are using prompting this purchase. BestBuy associate was awesome! So helpful. The headset was difficult to wear with the earbud. I couldn’t find one that didn’t hurt my ear. Replaced it with the over the ear attachment & it’s great. The microphone picks up my voice well. This model is noise canceling & does not pick up surroundings.

    So overall, I like it. It's light, it fits well, and the sound is excellent. I have updated to the latest firmware - you may want to do that when you first get it, as it helped with some connectivity issues with my mac. One thing, though - the battery isn't quite what they claim, and it's even worse if you use the "HD" mode they tout so much - to the point where that mode is rather useless. Otherwise, as a standard bluetooth earpiece, it works well and I recommend it.

    Sound clarity is high and (according to those I talk with) the device actually does filter out a good amount of background noise. It is super-lightweight and I barely notice it in my ear, but those who really dislike in-ear my have an issue. Battery usually lasts for 4-5 hours of talk time before needing a recharge (and it charges FAST). Buttons are easy to feel and are more intuitive than other headsets I have had.

    I wanted to spend less money, but I decided to buy the Voyager 3220 bluetooth headset, and it's worth the money. I'm on my cell quite a bit, and this device is comfortable, loud and very clear. It took me a while to get it to fit, but if you follow the instructions on the app, it will fit comfortably and securely into your ear. I also purchased the 2-year protection plan because all bluetooth devices are fragile. Don't waste your money on lesser expensive models, sometimes it pays to buy the best!

    Works great unless you are in a job in the heat

    Headset works great unless you are in a job where you work in summer and get soaked in sweat and your ear is wet. I used it all winter no problem but have had to replace it in summertime due to getting wet and dropping calls. If you work in an office this thing is great in the field, not so much in the summertime. It is a low profile and I love it for working in air conditioned office or car environment.

    Noise cancelling

    I love the noise cancelling. The person I am talking to hears me, not the people around me. I am buying this for the 2nd time for myself and one for my husband. Only complaint I have is that after about 2 years mine stopped working (the dog chewed his, so no idea how long it would have lasted). Also had a less expensive Plantronics earpiece that stopped working after 2-3 years too. But buy this one, it is much better at noise cancelling than the less expensive ones.

    I have had the edge for over two years and it’s the clearest and most discreet headset. Love the noise canceling feature, since I’m a truck driver I have never had any complaints about background noise. I upgraded to this new model today through the insurance due to the Bluetooth not functioning properly but I used it daily through good and bad weather. Left it in the truck in hot and cold weather and it never missed a beat. I have tried many earpieces before this and I do recommend plantronics 3200 series. Don’t hesitate.

    I had issues with the Jabra Talk 45 so I exchanged it for this Plantronics instead. This was ok when I played music. I called my hisband and he couldn't stand talking to me after just 5 minutes. He said the noise and sound on his end was horrible. I have to say the same for me, I couldn't stand the noise and the volume was way too high on the lowest setting while in the call. I returned this the very next day!

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, it could be due to a bad connection. Next time, you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. If you were experiencing some issues with the volume of the headset, we recommend to try lowering the volume directly from the mobile to see if there is any improvement. Last but not least, we also recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. Remember this unit counts with a limited warranty since the first day of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website.     Excellent Bluetooth Headset

    I had the previous version of this Bluetooth device (Plantronics Voyager Edge) and I had it for more than 2 years with no problems. This new upgraded version is great too. Excellent sound, excellent mic, excellent battery talk time which is exactly 6 hours and few minutes, and it’s very comfortable. But I don’t know if I can charge this voyager 3220 with the old Voyager Edge portable charging case?

    Great little Bluetooth Headset! It is comfortable for long term usage. Lightweight enough that after a while you won't know its there. Came with multiple fittings for best fit in ear. Clear communication on both earpiece and microphone. Connecting to an I phone for use, people on the other end of phone say they can't tell that I'm using a headset with my phone. No tin can sound that some have, just clear communication. Power sustainability is acceptable for usage.

    I love this product. Volume is easy. People hear me clearly. I like when phone rings I can accept or decline by saying the words and not having to push a button. This is my 3rd one. I tend to loose things and once I tried to replace the lost Bluetooth with something else and it was quickly returned. Now I know I will always replace the lost Bluetooth with the same one. (And try to get better about not loosing them.)

    This ear piece works well even in a noisy environment as I used it in the middle of a mall the 1st time and could both be heard and hear quite well. Noise cancelling feature cuts the background noise and allows listeners to hear you quite well. Only complaints are: Not as comfortable as the ear bud type (that don't work well for speech) and it CAN be easy to lose as it is small and not attached to anything.

    This purchase was a replacement of an earpiece my dog chewed up. I love plantronics bluetooth devices. The earpiece has interchangeable silicon ear parts that hug inside the ear. If you need more security, the over the ear piece can be added. The less one star was because this purchase did not come with a recharging case. Very convenient. Luckily for me, my old case works for this one, too.

    I bought this device because of the noise-canceling technology, so that my Grandpa could hear me when he calls, regardless of the background noise I may be wading through. It worked perfectly with one cell phone, but not at all with the other. I don't have time to figure out why, just reporting that it would be 5 stars if the store rep had been accurate about this working with both phones. I'm happy with one success.

    I have tried several bluetooth headsets and this is by far the best. The sound is very clear, mic is excellent, phone calls are amazing and battery time is good. I also listen to a lot of audio books and the piece delivers in terms of sound quality and comfort. You hardly notice it’s in your ear! This is my second Voyager and it charges well with my first portable charger. No complaints. You can’t go wrong with this one.

    I originally bought the 5200 series which was $40.00 more. Took it back as there was static on my end. Got another one, thinking it was defective, took it back due to same issue. Bought this one,haven't had a problem. Sound quality is great, volume is great, and I can go 33' away before it looses connection with the phone. Gives you the option to voice answer with out touching the headset. Great product and cheaper than the higher end ones.

    It fits great and is comfortable in the ear. I have to use the ear loop though when I am working as I am constantly moving around. For normal use, the ear loop is not needed. Sound quality is superb. The hands free answer/ignore option is great. And so is the ability to sync with your address book. Battery life is lasts all day on the job and with a quick recharge, it is set for the rest of the day.

    I have two bluetooth headsets but the Voyager 3220 is more compact, lighter and technologically superior. Both will connect me to my phone, but the Voyager will speak to me and advise me of my connection status, remaining talk time, and ask if I want to answer or reject a call, etc. With the Voyager there is no guessing. Plus with the app it has a find feature in case I put it down and forget where I left it.
