    I’ve owned 2 of these over the past 5-6 years. I used to prefer other brands, but the Plantronics Voyager is perfect. It blocks out most ambient noise, has good battery life, and is consistent. The only negative is in windy environments. The quality is terrible. In all other environments it’s great. Most of the time, no one can tell where I’m at (good for calls while driving).

    This ear piece is awesome! Super convenient when I’m driving... I also enjoy the hands free when I’m doing stuff at home and on the phone... Be sure to get the insurance on it... get the insurance on everything... I’ve had to bring my back in for small stuff but the great thing is I had insurance to bring it back and get another with no issues...

    Seems to be a good piece thus far. Have used for a few weeks and for the most part it has been good. Talk time seems good and the power level indicator is a nice feature. Connects quickly. Occasionally, the connection has not been perfect and creates a hollow echo. This is easy to remedy by disconnecting and calling back. Seems to work as well as my trusty old Bose piece.

    The sound quality is very good. I purchased Voyager 3220 to replace the Voyager 5220 but found it not equal to the 5220. Noise cancelling is inferior to 5220. The answer/end call button requires moderate pressure to activate. Fit feels loose in ear, and over-the-ear clip is not adjustable - no swivel at ear piece attachment point.

    I have had multiple Bluetooth headsets. This one by far is my favorite! It has great sound, responds well to voice commands, and it eliminates outside noise. The app that is attached with it also really helps to understand how to work it. If you have trouble with them staying in your ear, this one is secure and comfortable. I forgot I was wearing it! I recommend this headset. It's worth the price!

    This is the best Bluetooth I have ever owned it works perfect it's comfortable has great features like auto answer when you pick it up or if it's in your ear it ask you if you want to answer or decline people in the other line says they can hear me clearly the only thing I would say it doesn't pick up more than about 30 feet away from your phone but just take your phone with you it works perfect!

    Originally went to the store to purchase a different Bluetooth however the Southlake Mall Best Buy location struggles to keep stuff on the Shelf there for I had no choice but to get this one if I had to do it all over again and the one I want it was available this one would have been an afterthought it works okay but it's hard to get it to stay in your ear effectively

    At first, calls could sound great...after a few minutes calls would break up, go quiet, get choppy, break up, and drop at times. Can’t rely on it. Bought the cheaper 505 and it works in the same place of my house at the same time making the same calls ten times better. Much more comfortable too.

Please try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your phone: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. You might also want to ensure your unit's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Once the installation is complete on your PC, connect your earpiece powered off via USB and go to the notifications tab. If you get the same results, then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. This model comes with a one-year warranty from date of purchase.     I'm always in either in the car or out On construction sites running my security company another headsets didn't quite cut it. With this one my clients don't even know that I'm out of the office and I can hear them perfectly. The battery life could be better but that's what happens when you're always on the phone the headset is comfortable and sometimes I forget that I have it in my ear

    Very clear and load enough to be able hear hear in loud condisions. People I talk to like it very much very clear then it did something 3 times that people I was talking to can’t hear me without clicking it off and then back on it’s did this 3 times so far. Other than this I’m very happy with head set one of the best I have ever had.

    Best blue tooth I've used for calls. Cuts out background noise so caller on the other end can hear your voice not everything else. Great for driving and calls made from noisy environments. Highly satisfied, only problem, I've lost three of them. Best to use behind the ear hook/clip to keep secure.

    So far this is the best ear piece for me. I've been told by my family that they can hear me clear. Only issue is that sometimes I struggle with keeping it in securely or at least it doesn't feel that way. Fortunately, it does come with extra pieces that can change the fit.

    I love this headset, it makes my life a little easier being able to multitask. The person on the other line is always clear & no complaints from their end. Definitely a best buy purchase if you're on the phone a lot. The only con is the battery life could be a little better, it only holds enough charge for about 3.5 - 4 hours.

    every Bluetooth I’ve tried has failed me except this one! I’ve bought it as gifts and if I lose it I buy this one again and again! Cancels noise, you can hear clearly, no one is complaining about me echoing or back ground noise. I wish it was smaller but I’ll deal with it.

    This version is better than the older Voyager Edge, but it doesn't come with the case/charger that the older one came with. I would suggest to find it online because this bluetooth just isn't complete without it. Also, this one actually has a slightly different case than the old one, but the old case works on it too.

    My favorite function of this device is the ease to be able to slide the button to OFF. So far, this is the 1st one that I’ve not had to return. With others I’ve purchased, callers complained that the device echo, sound like I was under water, etc. Most people don’t even realize that I’m on a Bluetooth device with this model!!!! It’s a keeper.

    Used for work- it seems to cancel noise for user but only about half the time for the person you are talking to. Lots of complaints about the back ground noise coming in louder than my talking- this product was recommended by a coworker as “perfect “ but sadly I have not experienced that with mine

Firstly, please ensure your unit's Firmware is up to date by checking for updates and applying any (if available) through Plantronics Hub for Desktop:  https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. You might also want to reset the Bluetooth connection: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. In order to re-pair your headset, please make sure the unit is in pairing mode: with your unit powered on, press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. Once this is done, your unit should be visible under Bluetooth settings on the phone. Lastly, testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem.     This is my third somehow lost 2 had the same problem with all three static Uncomfortable my wife has a Plantronics M165 she’s had it for several years no problem she resisted having one but now can’t live without it don’t waste your money it’s overpriced and overrated

If you are experiencing static on the headset, you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V3200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to check if your headset doesn't have any updates available through Plantronics Hub. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same audio issue, then it means the headste has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.     I purchased this bluetooth headset as a replacement for another Plantronics unit I had that was accidentally washed and was never the same. I was impressed with Plantronics quality, sound and battery life before, hence why I purchased the Voyager 3220 and it has not let me down!

    This wasn't my first choice in bluetooths but I am glad that I went with this one instead. It's crystal clear and the people who I talk to say that they can't tell I'm on one. The only issue I had was it wasn't very intuitive as far as set-up was concerned. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy one.
