This is a good ear piece! It has nice, clear sound and a pretty decent battery life. It is not as comfortable a fit as I would like. I really don't like the round shape of this ear piece. Other than that, I think it's a good value for the price and it works really well.

This earpiece is light and easy to use. I wish the volume could go louder as when you are outside it sometimes becomes difficult to hear. I wish the earpiece come be offered in a waterproof version as I use it outside and on the water

This wasn't my first choice in bluetooths but I am glad that I went with this one instead. It's crystal clear and the people who I talk to say that they can't tell I'm on one. The only issue I had was it wasn't very intuitive as far as set-up was concerned. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy one.

Works best when it has a full to medium charge. It charges quickly. The talk time and using it to listen to videos or other internet is good, the battery lasts quite a while. I was really surprised by the range it's literally 80 ft whenever it has a full charge and at least 50 ft at a medium charge. Like any earpiece your ear will have to get used to it but what's cool is that if you have it laying down or anyting when you pick it up and put it in your ear it automatically answers your call. This is my first earpiece Bluetooth I used to have a headset. I wasn't sure how I would like this but it's actually working out pretty well. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and the people that I talked to when I'm standing around the loud running truck can actually hear me well and I can hear them well also it has good noise cancelling software whatever it is they put in these things to make them work but the audio quality ingoing and outgoing is good.

I have been using this on a daily basis for the past several months and it has worked very well. Lasts a full day with the phone connected at all times. background noise cancellation is great and after a while you cannot feel that it is in your ear, its that light weight.

Very comfortable with no discomfort from extended wear. The sound quality for me and who I am talking with is very good. The one ding is that if you are working on construction projects, light weight physical activity, etc., then the headset will fall out. If that is the case for you, then look at the Plantronics Voyager Legend as it is an excellent 5-star headset. This baby will not fall off and delivers superb sound and cancels wind sounds when talking. Almost cannot go wrong with Plantronics. I went through 23 headsets before discovering Plantronics and will not deviate from this brand with it come to bluetooth headsets.

I got this for when I drive in the car to comply with the hands free law. I had a different model by the same manufacturer that was awful. The sound is great, connects well and has a good battery life. I also like that it is compatible with a charging base.

Sound quality on my end is exceptional! I have the doors and top off on my Jeep for the season, and I can hear everything JUST fine while cruising at 55MPH! Also not to mention the person on the other end can hear fine as well! They did say they could hear the wind, but it didn't interfere with me while I was speaking! Love this part of the product. Con - MAJOR, was told they go out after about 1 year use! Now this is generally with people who use it and are exposed to sweat or moisture a lot.. I'm not as much, so I think I'll be ok, but I still bought the replacement warranty and will be doing it whether I need to or not!

This Bluetooth is actually pretty decent. I bought it for my mom and she loves the speak to answer function and how it sounds. It blocks out background noise when I call her and it’s so clear. It’s also easy to use. The only reason why I’m giving this a 4-Star is because for my mom it’s very uncomfortable to put in the ear. Maybe she just has to get used to it but she is struggling. If it doesn’t get better, I’ll have to get her another one that rests on top of the ear instead of inside. And it’ll be too bad bc this is a great headset so far other than that small issue.

I tried several others and this is the best for me. The 5200 series has longer battery life but is bulkier. I like the secure comfortable fit and good sound on both ends of the 3220. I have to be careful as I forget it is in my ear.

I’m very happy with my new headset, it’s convenient, easy to set up, and I love all the features, my friends and family all tell me that when I’m speaking to them, it’s clear and sounds great! I’m also pleased with how quickly it charges.

So overall, I like it. It's light, it fits well, and the sound is excellent. I have updated to the latest firmware - you may want to do that when you first get it, as it helped with some connectivity issues with my mac. One thing, though - the battery isn't quite what they claim, and it's even worse if you use the "HD" mode they tout so much - to the point where that mode is rather useless. Otherwise, as a standard bluetooth earpiece, it works well and I recommend it.

I have had an on again off again relationship with Bluetooth headsets for a long time. I'm never shy about how much I spend on them, but it feels like I'm only ever able to hold on to them for a few months before I give up on them. I've tried duel earphone over the neck pieces, single in-ear pieces, and I've tried from a ton of different brands. This Bluetooth headset was probably the least expensive piece I've ever purchased and it's been one of the easiest to use with great quality. It fits my ear comfortably, it has good voice quality, and it's not complicated charging or maintaining it. I would definitely recommend this device.

This is a great Bluetooth, I use it pretty much all day long and is comfortable, clear with no background noise. This is the 2nd one I bought in the last month, I purchased this one for my son in law for Christmas because I like mine so much

I recently started trucking, and have to have a headset to talk on (we aren’t allowed to touch our phones while driving) and I had seen for year the big headsets truckers usually wear, well those just aren’t for me. I wanted something compact and this thing is! ...nearly weightless too - 9 grams. Battery life is pretty great too 6 hrs talk time is excellent considering how small the battery must be in this tiny headset. I’m impressed. And best of all, it fits in my ear securely and comfortably WITHOUT having to use the included “over-the-ear-loop”. Plus built in Siri or google assistant and my phone is now truly hands-free.

This is a surprisingly good headset. After living in bluetooth business-user headset hell for an extended period of time, trying a few of the strange import brands, which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't, and having poor luck with the Voyager and Legend Plantronics units, I decided to give this a whirl. Very good move! It's light, voice responses work well, integrates with Google on my Android phone, and provides decent noise cancellation. ANC works well against background sound, and is pretty useless against wind.

This ear piece works well even in a noisy environment as I used it in the middle of a mall the 1st time and could both be heard and hear quite well. Noise cancelling feature cuts the background noise and allows listeners to hear you quite well. Only complaints are: Not as comfortable as the ear bud type (that don't work well for speech) and it CAN be easy to lose as it is small and not attached to anything.

I lost my other Bluetooth earlier and replaced it with a different brand. I suffered with it due to the low price point. The quality matched the price point. Sound (particularly music), voice quality during calls (on both ends), and controls placement were all inferior to this product. I had to get another Plantronics. This one is lighter and has fewer features than the over the ear Plantronics which I had lost, but the quality is the same. Again an excellent product.

Great blue tooth. Works extremely well, clear reception and transmission of voice. Has good range away from phone.

I've used this particular product for years. I work outside and this device does a great job of filtering out wind noise. I've had to replace a few, over the years, but not because of device failure. I've lost 2 in lakes and one in a fire. Great sound quality, decent battery life. They used to come with an additional charging cradle you could carry with you and just pop the earpiece in, no wires/cables needed. I wish they still included that.
