This product has long lasting battery time and connects easily. The ear piece is a little large but you can switch it from ear to ear. Nicely announces a call coming in and offers you the choice to accept or decline. The app on your phone offers you a multitude of voices and languages. For the money it’s a great product.

So far this is the best ear piece for me. I've been told by my family that they can hear me clear. Only issue is that sometimes I struggle with keeping it in securely or at least it doesn't feel that way. Fortunately, it does come with extra pieces that can change the fit.

I really enjoy the headsets from Plantronics! This version is great. I like the "find my headset" feature and the app. This one also has a much longer range than before which helps alot. The clarity and sound quality is good as expected from previous models. I highly suggest this headset!

Have used Plantronics products for over 15 years, and again, didn't disappoint. Best earpiece to date - range, clarity and especially noise-cancellation features are tops. My wife (real estate broker) burns 3000minutes/month with no issues and battery life seems endless.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who's using their car Bluetooth system. The quality of this headset far exceeds every headset I've ever used. Fast charging too. Great quality and love that it tells me who's calling me. You can answer or ignore a call by saying "answer" or "ignore" Amazing quality battery life.

I purchased this device, replacing my older device that I had for several years (it would have lasted longer but it and I took a drink in the lake this summer....I was surprised it didn’t quit then. I have used plantronic Bluetooth headset since about 2010, in fact, it is the only brand I’ll use. I wear this device all day long and feel bereft without it. I can go about my daily activities while I receive incoming calls or listen to music or audible books. I love too that when I walk away from my phone, the device lets me know (it has saved me many times from losing my phone). The sound quality is good, The battery life is 6 hours which I wish was a little longer. I debated getting the AirPods instead of this device but the cost for this was more reasonable and I knew I could rely on it for sound and comfort.

I needed a bluetooth that didn't wrap around my ear. There was too much going on: hair, glasses. This one feels good and the reception is crystal clear. The price is steep to me, but I can overlook it because the bluetooth delivers on its quality.

I like the sound from this. It is loud enough in my ear if I turn it up all the way. It stays connected to my phone. Others complain they can hear wind noise and my environmental noise very loud on their end. That is disappointing because I have to talk in quiet areas.

I have owned two of these headset. I love the sound quality and 5 hour talk time. Charges quickly Headset fits in watch pocket which is why I have owned two they do not like the washer. Plantronics app is helpful for finding headset.

Love the sound quality and it seems to screen out background noise for my callers. Holds a charge pretty well. Overall, a great headset! my only complaint is that the rubber earpiece is a little flimsy, so it doesn't always want to stay in my ear...

Very good headset - clear sound & I can walk away a good distance from my phone & remain connected. This is my second Plantronics Voyager. My only complaint is it didn’t come with a charging cradle

I purchased this bluetooth headset as a replacement for another Plantronics unit I had that was accidentally washed and was never the same. I was impressed with Plantronics quality, sound and battery life before, hence why I purchased the Voyager 3220 and it has not let me down!

every Bluetooth I’ve tried has failed me except this one! I’ve bought it as gifts and if I lose it I buy this one again and again! Cancels noise, you can hear clearly, no one is complaining about me echoing or back ground noise. I wish it was smaller but I’ll deal with it.

This is the 4th Plantronics Bluetooth I have purchased. The newest one prior to this I ran over with my car. I have always been impressed with the quality and sound.The 5200 is no different. The clarity on the receiving end is very good according to those I have asked. It will tell you who is calling if they are a contact in your phone and it speaks the battery level in hours. You can say answer or ignore and it will do whichever you choose. If you download the app you can find it if you misplace it with the Find My Headset feature you can have it make a sound and even adjust the volume. I used it once the day after I bought it and even if the battery dies it can still show you within so many within 5-10 feet where it was last (you have to have GPS on).

The sound is clear with little ambient noise on the callers' end. Fits well in-ear with or without the optional over-ear clip-on loop. Lightweight and discreet. Pairing with my LG phone took a couple of tries but always picks up the calls seamlessly now.
