I love this product. The sound is clear for both me and the individual on the other end of the call. The headset fits firmly in my ear, it's light and I sometimes even forget it's in my ear. The Best!

This is the 2nd Plantronics headset I’ve purchased. Love them!

Love this, because it works with both of my phones. It is easy to use, very clear sound on my end and on the end for the person I am talking to. I would definitely recommend this blue tooth ear piece.

I previously used the plantronics E500 but the volume was so low sometimes I had to reach up and push it into my ear and hold it there while I talked. This one has plenty of volume and clarity. The fit for me not so great. The ear tips that come with the device are a horrible fit for my ear and kept falling out so I found some replacements on Amazon that gives the perfect fit. Without the replacement ear tips I would have had to return the device. Other than the fit, which I rectified, this is an awesome headset

This bluetooth is very comfortable and easy to use. Calls are announced with the option to answer or decline. It is also easy to hear incoming calls with windows down. The noise reduction feature is great.

Bought thid as a gift for my niece because I love mine so much. I have been using mine for a couple of years and working from home has really tested it. The sound is clear.it is comfortable to wear. I am typically on the phone for hours at a time with my job. The only down side is that I am on the phone so much that I have to charge it after 4-5 hours of being on the phone. When I use it in the car, it eliminates the road noise so my conversations are clear.

It is Slim and fits perfectly. Has good sound quality and blocks out surrounding noise when in use. Battery life is good, last me a day to two days based on use. Easy to set up and use.

This is a pretty good earpiece considering that it's kind of big. The sound is good and it announces the caller from your contacts. You can also answer hands free.

This headset is super user friendly, easy to use, crystal clear speaking and listening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Bluetooth headset.

The listening quality is not very loud even at full volume. I have to push the earpiece into my ear so I can hear it better and I do not have hearing issues..

I have used these for the last 4 years. They are the best no background noise, no static, very clear, the battery last me all day. I would recommend it highly!

This headset fit my ear so good that I bought two. It has good reception. Has good range. It stays connected on my apple phone. I recommend this headset.

Clarity and noise canceling is above average. The only thing lacking is length of talk time, six hours not enough for long trips

Great reception and convenient. Works with my Samsung Note great. The ear piece is difficult to get comfortable and sometimes pinches.

The single ear bluetooth is a disappearing item. I love using one because I can work and talk at the same time and the sound is much better for me and my caller than using the speaker phone function. Not one friend has complained about the sound on a call. I am still learning how to use this bluetooth. It is not like my old one and the documentation is not great - actually I have not found any yet. I gave it 4 stars because the sound when calling is very good.

Needed a replacement for an older Plantronics headset that finally gave out. Great sound and range. Easily connects to my laptop and phone.

Great Bluetooth so far. I like that it announces who is calling from my contacts. I can easily answer and mute from my Bluetooth.

Purchased to use with desktop computer to answer phone. Bluetooth easy to set up. Battery lasts the entire work day.
