I had a plantronics before this that was over 3 years old, and noticed the volume level was decreasing as it aged. This is charged with micro USB, ditches SOME of the annoying voice prompts every time you turn it on. As a headset, it does what it says. Calls are loud and clear with a Galaxy S10, Pairing is simple, and it doesn't hurt if you wear it for extended periods of time. A bit pricey, but a good buy and worth it.

BestBuy associate was awesome! So helpful. The headset was difficult to wear with the earbud. I couldn’t find one that didn’t hurt my ear. Replaced it with the over the ear attachment & it’s great. The microphone picks up my voice well. This model is noise canceling & does not pick up surroundings.

Great Bluetooth

I like when phone rings I can accept or decline by saying the words and not having to push a button. This is my 3rd one. I tend to loose things and once I tried to replace the lost Bluetooth with something else and it was quickly returned. Now I know I will always replace the lost Bluetooth with the same one. (And try to get better about not loosing them.)

I purchased Voyager 3220 to replace the Voyager 5220 but found it not equal to the 5220. Noise cancelling is inferior to 5220. The answer/end call button requires moderate pressure to activate. Fit feels loose in ear, and over-the-ear clip is not adjustable - no swivel at ear piece attachment point.

Bluetooth earpiece

Easy to use and set up by himself (he's not that tech-savvy neither). A tad on the expensive side, but better than replacing multiple times with lower valued bluetooths, which may add up to be more than this price. By the way, he loves the portable battery accessory for on-the-go charging, too!
