    This headset has great battery life and sounds great. My only complaint is that it is a little bulky behind the ear and takes a little getting used to.

    This unit provides good sound and good battery life. It is better than the little pods, but not as good as the headsets (but that is just personal choice).

    Pros - - Long Battery Life - Good Call Qaulity - Voice Answer - Controls on headset Cons: - Periodically the sound quality will drop - when battery is low it will disconnect and reconnect to the phone randomly and sometimes in the middle of a call. I use this for work and I am on the phone non stop and I have had no complaints from other callers.

    Range from phone is less than previous model despite what salesman told me. Like the battery capacity and comfort of unit on my ear. They did improve the charging port method and volume controls. Just don't turn on and off as the miniature switch will not hold up to repeated switching and will fail.

      Mobile phones are Class 2 Bluetooth devices and will give you up to 33 feet of range with a direct line of sight.

      If you are getting lower range than expected you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between the headset and your phone. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

      If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if its on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps:

    Headset is confortable to wear , but with glasses you will have some issues. Battery very good talk time and charge time. Speaker and microphone good quality.

    This Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth is terrific, it is light weight and has long battery life and the sound quality is excellent from both ends of a call. The optional charge and carry case is great giving you and easy way to charge on the go. I believe its the best Plantronics unit yet.

    this is my fourth one ,will not charge they just don't last this one lasted 5 months

The actual life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period. Please try using a different micro-USB cable and AC wall adapter to isolate the cause of the issue. You may also want to ensure your unit's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Connect your earpiece powered off and go to the notifications tab. If you still get the same results then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.
