5-6 month

Tomorrow it goes back to Best buy .Fantastic device , amazing sound quality , huge battery but definitely some problem is present as well . Plantronics am a truck driver , i being using your products since 2008 , please fix it . I want to trust you again (((

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). It's not normal to encounter the same type of issues with already 3 headstes. You may want to charge the headset using a different micro USB cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. I purchased it in February 2019, now 8 months later the headset will not hold a charge and shuts off & on. Buy something else for the price. The comfort of the headset is great. The volume is limited, but the sound clarity was good.

One button answer, hangup and you can turn on or off music (audio) with one button. More comfortable than blue parrot also. Good work Plantonic.
