Easy multi-device pairing and earpiece controls. Voice commands to answer or ignore incoming calls very convenient. Comfortable fit in ear.

It feels fragile and not a rugged headset design for the outdoor. However, the sound is crisp and audible for anyone who is new to headset.

This is my second one, Lost the first. It pairs with two phone easily so I can use my personal and work at the same time. So Light you do not know you are wearing it. Like that there is not ear loop. I love the charging holder.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it, so I love it to. She is always complaining about her bluetooth not being clear or not keeping a good fit or picking up too much background noise or something. She has gone through at least 7 over the past 2 years and so far this one is a keeper.

I have difficulty hearing with earbuds generally. I hate driving however and talking through the speakerphone. I spent a little more than usual and bought this product and have been happy ever since. I can great well through it, and the voice commands, plus set up were a breeze.

Love the battery life of this Bluetooth headset and never have any complaints from the people I'm talking to. I drive around all day and handle everything from business calls to personal calls and most can't even tell I'm in the car! I'm buying one for my daughter for Christmas!

After a 10 min. Call Battery life goes down to few hours. Where head set is fully charged. Beside that sound quality is really good.

The device works well and it charges fine. It however only has 6 hours of battery life whereas the previous model had 7 hours. It does not have a magnetic charger as Plantronics moved away from the feature. The biggest problem is securing this device to your ears, not a very good design on that front. It is almost impossible and painful to put on.

Very comfortable in the east. Sometimes I forget it's in my ear. Some features I would like better but all in all I do like this one.

Connects easy. People relay they can hear me well and I can hear them. Fits good in my ear due to different piece options. The reason I give it a 4 is because the talk time is significantly shorter than my last earpiece. However, there is a portable charging station.

Love the voice response and clarity. Does lose contact with my iPhone periodically when answering. Overall still highly recommend.

I like the way it fits my ear, comfortable. The charger can be charged up and taken with you and used while unplugged, nice feature. I often have to make repeated attempts to get it to connect to my phone when I first turn it on. Often the background noise that I hear when listening drowns out the voice of the person I am talking with to the point of not being able to carry on a conversation. I like to use a Bluetooth as a hands free device while driving. Quite often the voice commands quit working and I have to just discontinue my phone use because I won't physically mess with it while I am driving to get it to answer or place a call. This is a real problem because I bought this phone primarily to use while driving. I expected much better performance from such a pricey Bluetooth!

Had the Discovery 975 for years and loved it and the recharging case. Went to a Bose Series 2 and loved it too. I like high quality stuff and the new Plantronics Voyager Edge is no different. Lots of nice new features that are useful, not just hype. No complaints from the person I'm talking to either. A lot of people complain that the earpiece doesn't work for them. I find the largest one that will comfortably fit and then I CLEAN MY EAR with warm water and dry with a paper towel. We all have a little grease in there and it doesn't allow the holder to do it's job. Especially after a long day.

Ear piece is very comfortable. For the most part I can hear and be heard. My problem is that either my phone or the ear piece decides when it wants to work. It will announce caller, I say answer then the call is switched to phone mode. Having a disability, I need my two hands free, making this work difficult. I am saying I would recommend to a friend, as an able bodied person would probably have no issue.

Good battery life, stays charged even with frequent use. Pops in and out of the case easily.

Meets all requirements of a headset device. Easy to operate, you are guided by voice prompts step by step, such as if the phone is connected , and it works well with the "voice" app for Samsung". Cristal clear reception, no interference from background noises!

The sound and voice are very clear. The only issue is battery life wish was better. Still it lasts for a few hours of talking.

GREAT BLUETOOH AND FITTING WITH NORMAL EARS. SMALL EARS MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FITTING OR GETTING BRUISES USING THIS PRODUCT.

It has noise reduction. I can hear well from it and use voice commands to answer the phone or ignore a call. The case charges the earpiece and protects the Bluetooth This reminds me of the Plantronics Discovery 925 which is one of Plantronics best Bluetooths ever

This was a replacement one for another plantronics that quit working. It is a good one not my favorite but does the job.
