The quality is great a lot better than the Jabra I had. My only complaint is the call sometimes cuts out or has interference!!!

Having neck issues for a number of years, this has been extremely beneficial for my personal use

I have been using bluetooth headsets for about 8 years. My first one was a stereo headset from Plantronics (Pulsar 590A) that was very costly and very fragile. I've also used the 855, 925, 975, Marque 2 (165), 505 and others I can't remember. All these from Plantronics (some I used several times, since I lost and/or broke them or they died on me). I've also given Jawbone and Motorola a shot, but they were so inferior that I gave them away. From all of these the Edge is the best I've had so far. One trait they all Plantronics have in common is that their build quality is not the best, which means they will die before the warranty is over. Their warranty service is very good and now I also have Best Buy's coverage so I can feel comfortable in buying it even knowing that Plantronic's build quality isn't the best. Price is still way too high, but still the best option.

Love this earpiece. Very comfortable to wear all day. It has a good battery life and the charging base is a life saver at times. I commonly am on the phone for extended periods and this never bothers my ear and it stays in place very well even without the hoop.

The earbuds that come with the unit just weren't comfortable. So I ordered some replacement ones off of Amazon. They were shaped slightly different and just a little smaller. These replacement buds gave me much less fatigue than the ones which come with the product. Also, this unit announces the call either by name or number, so you know who you are speaking with before you answer. I really like this one.

This headset is amazing works well if you wear glasses this is the one for you enjoyed for a week and now my wife has confiscated it i guess I'll have to buy another

Very simple to setup and use. The sound quality is great and there is no feedback noise.

The older model was lost. So we bought the newer one and so glad we did! Hear everything clear.

They skipped the usability testing on this one or did not get a broad enough sample. The sound was fine, but the balance was bad. It wouldn't stay in my ear without the over the ear armiture... the cheap clear plastic armiture that hurt. Even with the armiture, it was always sliding off center. In the first 4 hours it rolled under shelving in a store, under the davenport (twice!), behind the garbage can and around the floor. On the second day, it popped out of my ear somewhere and rolled off and disappeared. $140 down the drain... or somewhere, we never did find it. Also, the mouth piece was always canted so that callers complained of not having clear sounds unless I cupped my hand over the mic. Altogether, this was an expensive mistake. I scavenged parts from a couple of Legends for something much more useable. Now, I have small ear canals so very few in-the-ear headset work for me. I loved the Legend - it worked. Bring it back please .

Like the way it charges fast and has 6 hours talk time. Also like how it lets you know how much talk time is left. Fits well on my ear, and everyone can hear me very well...overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

This device is easy to use great function, pairing is simple and the sound is great.

Finally a decent Bluetooth. I can hear clearly the person on the other end, and I can be heard. Features include verbal reminder of remaining battery life; hands free answer feature: can say answer or decline as a call comes in; end a call with a simple touch of the device.

This Plantonics sounds clear, and can be answered by voice command which I love. I am amazed how well it is made and how it stays in your ear even if you shake your head. And it fits easily into the charger without a problem. This is the best ear piece I have owned to date.

This device is almost there, but I took it back because for the price it should be perfect. Auto answer works just fine but with my expensive android phone it then disconnected. It announced the caller, but when I answered it disconnected, so the call was difficult to reconnect before the calling party hung up. For $125 + I do not want a device that makes me look clumsy to my callers that includes clients that are paying big bucks for my advice, I simply could not use a device that almost works!
