    I'm on my third Plantronics headset. The previous two had a lifespan of approximately 2.5 yrs. Not bad with all the wear and tear these babies go through in my hands. This new model has an identifier response which identifies the caller and based on command, I can answer the phone call or not. It's sleek and easy to use. Awesome piece of hardware.

    Removal of the over the ear piece when charging is cumbersome and I would recommend changing that design. At this time I have lost the over the ear piece so this is a problem.

    This is BY FAR the very best Bluetooth headset I have ever owned. The original price was a bit high, but with price-matching it was less than expected. The headset functions better than any Jawbone I have owned. Easy to connect. Very important buttons on the headset: Mute, volume up and down, and a voice command button. HIGHLY recommended.

    This is probably the best bluetooth earpiece you will find. Great sound quality, battery life works all day and I have it paired with both my home phone and cell phone simultaneously with the Bluetooth and NFC.

    I purchased "Plantronics - Voyager Edge Bluetooth Headset With Charging Case - Black" because I lost my last one and wanted to replace it. This cell phone headset is a must have when driving and talking on your cell phone. I don't know why more people don't get on of these to use while driving - because it is the law to use something like this when driving. The sound is great and it filters out background noise. You can use the headset to give voice commands as well. The charger works fast and also acts as a battery pack recharger when you are away from direct power sources. I like the in ear and over-the-ear attachment features so you can make sure that the headset is securely connected to your ear.

    Great product.Comfortable to wear all day. Keeps a charge really well even when listening to music. The only issue is that you cannot use the portable battery to change the unit with the ear clip in place.
