This headset was a replacement for another brand. It's amazing how much better the signal is for the listener on the other end. (It transmits a clear, crisp sound with quiet background.) The range seems to be only about 20 feet. Sometimes the sound is scratchy in my eat. And I like the call-back button on it. Also, it announces who is calling me. In general, it is a good unit.

I wish I could give this 5 stars because overall this is one of the best to hit the market. My 5 stars diminishes due to the many beeps I hear during the call and the occasional times it will tell me it's not connected to my phone. But I still love this BT even with it's mjnor flaws. Hear your music well, talking and being listened to is great and I love how it fits in the ear.

Comfortable, easy to use, charge lasts a long time, clear sound

My husband and I both purchased this blu tooth due to new laws and we both really like them. They are comfortable for both of us and the 'holder' for the ear piece that charges it is so convenient. Keeps it secure and charged who could ask for more. Very happy with this product.

I didn't think I was going to like this headset. I have small ears and had been using a Bose headset which fit perfectly in my ear. Best Buy no longer carried the model I was using so I had to get something else. I chose this. This is definitely a keeper. Although this headset doesn't fit in my ear like the Bose headset, it has never fallen out. I love the fact there is a portable charging case to charge the headset on the go without having to plug it in a socket. There is none that compares to the talk time this headset offers. I love the app for you phone to help locate the headsetif it's misplaced.

This is an awesome Bluetooth headset! I'm the person who's on the go constantly and I don't like to hold my phone in my hand all the time. The good features of this product by Plantronics is that you have a portable charging station which is an external battery and it has a little loop which you can hook it with a chain or in your key chain. It's a simple product to use and will last you for hours. I constantly used it to in conjunction with my IPhone. You can say that I used Siri constantly by sending text messages by voice and had them read through the Bluetooth and when I was waiting for a meeting. I was listening to news and watching videos without attracting attention. The biggest downfall of this product is the earbuds inserts, they will make your ear hurt and the size isn't perfect. Which leads to the annoying part of the product.... I'm using the smallest earbud and I have to constantly adjust it to a comfortable position. ALTHOUGH, I went ahead and brought some aftermarket sport earbuds inserts that go into your ear and it was solved! This product needs the sporty earbuds that go inside your ear.

One of the best bluetooths on the market. I love the functionality and the battery charging case is spectacular. It really extendes the battery life of the ear piece. The only thing I don't like is that you can't be more than 10 ft away from the phone. However it maybe a problem with the iPhone.

This is the 5th or 6th Bluetooth headset I've owned in the last 5 or 6 years and its audio on the other end is almost as perfect as talking on a landline. I've recorded messages at home, listened to myself calling from my landline at work and from the Edge and although there's a slight difference, it's not very noticeable at all. I work remotely from our home office and the first week I owned it, I asked co-worker after co-worker how I sounded and all but begged them to be honest because I was trying out new models and to a person, they all said it sounded great. Few could believe it wasn't a hardwired headset. I would recommend the Edge to anyone looking for a Bluetooth headset that sounds great to others on the other end of the call and wants to hear a good, true sound of others sound like on the receiving end of the Edge. Paring was easy with my Windows phone, but took a little doing with my iPhone 5c, although I got it done on the 2nd try. (I had to turn on Pairing Mode on the headset for the 5c to find it, unlike the Windows phone that found it right away.) The small, flexible loop on the rubber earbud that's designed to keep the headset in one's ear was causing me a little pain after about an hour with the headset in, so I cut it off entirely and just used the round, rubber, clear part of it and now I can wear it for hours without even realizing I'm wearing it. The charge time is great and the audio prompts and info are just a bonus that I'm used to after the Plantronics 975 series. As far as I'm concerned, Plantronics hit it out of the park with this headset!

I've tried many Bluetooth devices for my phones. Each one had their strong points and their limitations. My Plantronics Voyager Edge has out-performed all the top-of-the-line units I have owned in the past. It has increadable clarity and outstanding battery life. Most people don't even know I'm talking using a Bluetooth device. I highly recommend it, especially if you have tried other units and were disappointed.

This headset is extremely responsive with the voice prompts, and the sound quality is excellent! The charging case isn't absolutely necessary, but a nice touch when I'm going to be away from an outlet for an extended period of time. The battery really does last 6 hours. I'm posting this after 3 months of consistent use with listening to music, talking on the phone, and streaming TV shows through the headset daily. Recommend highly without reservations, use the price comparison tool to get down to $80.

This model fits well in the ear, comfortable to wear and works well. Not sure if this is the blue tooth or the phone, because this happened with the previous same model unit. It sometimes disconnects during a call and bounces back and forth from phone to blue tooth.

I like this bluetooth, it has the option to go with or without the hook on the ear. It is very loud and clear and the best part is that it mentions the contacts name and syncs with your phone. I am happy with this purchase as this bluetooth is lightweight and durable.

I will start off with the only complaint I have about this headset - background noise. It's rarely ever a real issue, but it is an issue that exists, nonetheless. Other than this headsets inability to handle background noise elimination like its similarly priced bluetooth brethren, this is an excellent headset overall. It feels nice in the ear and comes with multiple size earbuds for differently sized ears. Like most bluetooth headsets it can start to nag your ear after it has been in there for a little while, but I have been using bluetooth headsets for many years now, and I have yet to find one that does not cause this issue. It comes with a portable cradle for the headset that doubles as a portable charger. It keeps the headset safe during travel (such as in a bag/backpack/purse), and keeps it charged at the same time. Aside from my one complaint above though - I would definitely recommend this headset.

Good quality but adjusting on the fly or in a call is a little cumbersome. also, using phone for GPS keeps disconnecting also with Skype and Viber but for routine phone calls it works great

After years of all the hype from companies throwing around words like noise cancellation, long lasting, and fake commercials, I finally found a Bluetooth I can enjoy and use with my conversational tone of voice. Listeners no longer complain about distracting noises. Lightweight and comfortable. The only exception is the hardnss of the earpiece. Hopefully the next version would have a softer gel. I have been trying different ones from other bluetooths

Like the sound quality and long lasting battery which gets extended further having the charger case.

This headset is small and light fits in the ear without feeling heavy. The portable carrying case with charging power is the best I can charge my headset upto 3 times before I have to find an outlet. Can't complain it's great.

Muting quality of background noise is great. At times goes in and out of connection with iPhone. Very frustrating when on call. Overall, the best one I've used to date.

Beautiful and clear sound, comfortable to wear, and the charging case is a great bonus.

This was a great replacement for my Bose earpiece. The only drawback is that it does get a little uncomfortable if you keep it in all day and the automatic sensors act up. Otherwise battery and sound is excellent.
