Its a bit spendy for what it is but my spouse seems to like it.

I drive a truck for a living and we must be hands free. This earpiece is so comfortable and easy to use. I even wear it around the house so I don't have to hold the phone. Also it connects to multiple phones. It's great!

I enjoy having his Bluetooth earpiece when I call someone I do not hear no echoes as you do with some other Bluetooth items out there, the sound on this device is really good I listen to my music videos it's great

I love this headset, as I've loved most of my Plantronics headsets. I just wish the volume would get louder just like the old Voyager Plantronics Bluetooth headsets. Overall, it's a great headset, and the voice activation works, etc.

It is comfortable to wear. The sound is great. It connects easily to my phone. I really like it.

It is OK. Liked my previous one more, but this will work

I have tried several brands of blue tooth headsets and finally found one that works well. I needed a headset that would work with two phones. This fits well and is comfortable for extended wear. It syncs well and toggles between my work and personal phone. The battery extender case is a plus too. My headset was getting low during a drive and I was able to plug it in to the case to recharge it.

I am on the road a lot and this was the perfect solution. I have tried many different kinds and brands and this one is the easiest to use as well as the clearest in sound.

I've had this earpiece for a few weeks now and I must say I am impressed with it. It's got great battery life and features. I especially like being able to answer a call with my voice. It's comfortable with the ear loop and without it. I prefer the security of the loop but it stays in well without it. I like that it comes with the charging pack as well but you have to remove the ear loop to do it.

The device will not stay permanently connect to iphone.

I can hear great and people on the other side hear great. The back up charge is also handy.

I love my new ear piece. I had something different and returned it. I will only use this. I suggest getting this. I can answer my phone with my ear piece. I love it.

Out of the box easy to setup and worked with no problem.

Plantronics have the best devices. I use a headset at work and love it. This one else takes a bit of getting use to and has disconnected a few times but after deleting a day reconnecting it has worked great.

Good bluetooth, however on multiple occasions the voice commands do not work therefore defeating the purpose of a full hands free experience. Other than that, it's good and does a great job of blocking out outside noise.
