Amazing Clarity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When purchasing this headset I asked the sales person what headset he would recommend if cost was no object. Without hesitation he recommended the Plantronics Voyager Edge and said it was the highest rated headset they had. I would now make the same recommendation!! I have a speech impediment and have had numerous comments regarding the clarity of my calls when using this headset. When using other headsets I am constantly having to repeat myself. With the Voyager Edge I very seldom have to repeat myself!. I did have some issues with the original headset. One was caused by the phone not the headset and the other was apparently a headset problem. I contacted the Plantronics Customer Service and they replaced the original unit. The replacement has been working flawlessly! The Plantronics Customer Service was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and I would definitely rate them A++++!! They were a pleasure to deal with. Botttom line: This product and the customer service (in the unlikely event you will need to contact them) are both first class and I would recommend this product without hesitation!

Works but disappointing...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this, as I would have rather have had a Jawbone but Jawbone no longer makes Jawbones (go figure), in a bit of a pinch. I was heading out on a road trip and expected to take calls. I was looking for something that would noise cancel the background noise (as my car doesn't do that well if at all) as well as noise cancel so that I could hear the other person without having the volume at full blast. I compromised and went w/o the noise canceling for my hearing, but it still had noise canceling so the remote person could hear me. Paired it up... no issues. Buttons seemed to make sense and easy to find. Voice command worked when i tried it (although that was the last time I used it because I forgot it had it). It's little battery/charging station... nifty feature. First call was over an hour... and it seemed to work... and I assumed what little drops and skips I heard were due to moving along the high desert at interstate highways speeds. Overall first impression I was happy. The rest of the drive it worked just the same. Now, I am home, and I use it instead of using of holding the phone or my wired headset. I hear pops and skips just like I did on the road... maybe the phone on the other side of this room is having issues with distance... so I grab the phone and put it in my pocket. No better. I have lots of 2.4Ghz in/around my apartment complex... so maybe that is upsetting the Bluetooth signal. However, my Harmon/Kardon Onyx speaker has no issues when connected to the same phone via Bluetooth in the same apartment in the same approximate location. Next use was in an open park, in the evening, w/o anyone around. Same issues... now I am annoyed. I play with the HD audio settings, etc. No change. No matter the approximate distance or lack of RF interference between the headset and the phone I still get pops/clips/drops. The remote person also has the same experience with what they hear from me. The firmware is up to date on both the headset and the phone. Happens on both the iPhone 6S Plus and the iPhone 5S. No other active Bluetooth connections at the time of experiencing the issues. Also noticed that the noise canceling for the remote side doesn't like it when you are talking at a large reflective surface from a long distance away. As in, laying in bed facing the 11' ceiling and talking... the other side hears me fading in and out in addition to the pops/clips/drops. tl;dr Device fit in ear, button layout, and battery dock are all nice. Device BT connection sucks but not unuseable. I hope there is an update at some point that fixes this issue.

The best (albeit not the cheapest) Bluetooth earph
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried alot of Bluetooth head setsover the years. This is the only one that: >Sits comfortably in the ear (forget it's there) >stays put (has a thin, behind the ear wire and several sizes of ear buds to choose from >great noise cancelling mics (several) > is water (splash resistant) good for running >has the best and most natural sound quality >great range from the phone (25-35', easy) The only down side is that the headset sometimes loses thinks you have taken it off and switchest the conversaton back to the handset. If you wipe off the ear bud, the problem usually goes away. I think there is a software upgrade you can load, via computer, that will fix this issue. You can also disable the autoswitch feature. I own 2 of these and keep one in my car, always, in case I forget and leave one at home.

Good sound - doesn't stay put
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All in all I like this Bluetooth. I have had dozens of them over the years. Sound quality is fairly solid but with most units that have a design like this it is difficult to stay put in your ear.

Good sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the sound that comes out of it, im able to hear the caller well and they can hear me ...not a bunch of back round noise. The fit can get a little annoying but i wear mine up to 18 hours a day.

Look no further
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best headset hands down. I've used this headset for the last 3-4 years daily. It was well designed which includes a carrying case for the bluetooth that also is a charging docket. The headset alone can be plugged up to charge. The headset comes with a smart app that allows you locate the last gps position where your bluetooth was used, or turned off at. If you happen to lose it, included in the app is bluetooth finder that puts out a high frequency noise if it's close in proximity. The battery life awesome and charges fast. Quality of the headset sound and microphone has a great background cancellation and the length of use is great. There are many different options for the ear piece to change out. All in all I have not seen a bluetooth headset that can compete with this one.

Great Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is great, the noise reduction works well even while driving down the freeway with the window cracked. Only complaint I have is the fit in the ear tends to hurt after a while of wearing it.

I have had no problems with the headset.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset operates as advertised. I can hear conversations clearly and others can hear me. Background noise seems to be minimized. It is a bit awkward to carry the headset when not in use.

Good sound quality but charging is a pain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best bluetooths we have owned for sound quality. However, charging is a pain. It does have a charging case, which is a nice feature, but you have to take off all the earpiece accessories. This doesn't take long, but it takes time for my husband to readjust it for his comfort. Other option is to charge with a cord direct without the case. We don't like to do that as it is exposed to accidental dropping/knocking due to its small size. We have learned to accomodate, but then again I do not like having to accomodate an electronic device.

Excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried just about all of these bluetooths. I have normally had an affinity towards Jawbone and Bose products. The Plantronics is as good if not better than the ERA and Series 2. It is very comfortable, and the sound quality is extremely clear. Most important, my clients can hear me clearly during conference calls. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

good buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good battery life, but wish it didnt disconnect sometimes especially when I work with both my hands and I dont have access to the phone. Overall works good, probably shoulda been a lil cheaper.

Good quality, clarity and comfort
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with the product. Holds a charge for long periods and the clarity of the sound is very good. I still have to learn some of the special features which will only make it better.

Good light-weight ear piece
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plantronics has impressed me from the first blue tooth ear piece I bought almost five years ago. Light weight, good vocal quality and good hearing make using it all day easy.

Lightweight and clear
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good earpiece, a little pricey but good. Drowns out most background noise. Was worried about how it would fit because I have small ears. I can wear it with or without the ear hook.

Light and comfortable....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.....at first, but then started having problems with it staying in my ear. The unit came with extra ear pieces and a ear-like-hook thing, which I ended up using and worked great. It had great range but when it got disconnected it was a pain to connect back to the phone. I would have to shut the phone off and on again to get it to connect or visa-versa with the headset. Then after only about a week of use it started to cut out in conversations even with the phone only a couple of feet away. I had to take it back.

Convenient and effective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit is very convenient. It has a comfortable fit in my ear and, best of all, the sound quality is great. By keeping the earpiece in the charging cradle between calls, talk time is also terrific. The only drawback is that the headset takes away text message alert tones. When connected, alert tones other than the ringing of an incoming call, are diverted to the headset so you will not hear them unless the earpiece is in your ear.

Excellent fit with exceptional sound quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unlike some other devices of this category, this one stands out above the crowd. The extra ear fitting pieces included in the packaging were an excellent touch for a more comfortable fit depending on the size of the consumers ear. The sound quality I have found is exceptional especially considering the size and purpose of the headset.

Fantastic bluetooth headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using it now for a little over a month and really like it. Calls are clear and I have never had to repeat myself so I know it is clear for the folks on the other side as well. The batter has been so good that I have not needed the additional docking station but it is really nice to know that it is available if I need it.

Clear and Sounds Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Incoming audio sounds really good; I've also listened to my speaking audio when reviewing a voice mail I've recorded and it's really clear as well. There are a lot of features that can be configured through the firmware and I had to do some digging to find out how - for example I was having an issue with my music on my phone always wanting to play through the headset. Another biggie that was being caused by the same firmware setting is that all of my alerts were going to my headset even if I didn't have it in my ear, so I was missing alerts for meetings, etc. Finally figured out how to configure it through the firmware.

Top Notch Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had several different Plantronics headsets as well as some other brands and this is the best one yet! I like the charging cradle as it offers another charging option when plugging it in directly isn't desired. The smart functions of the headset work great, it sounds good, others can hear me just fine. Super device
