Sound clarity is outstanding, find my headset works! I like the feature where if I set the earpiece down, I can answer my phone normally without having to find the headset to turn it off. The carrier/charger for the earpiece also protects it when I carry it in a pocket --as when I am using my car's bluetooth handsfree.

Best Bluetooth I've tried has great HD sound and is good on dectecting when it's on and not. Also comes with a pro little charging case and the battery life on it is surprising good. I can get a full day with music going on all day with putting it on charging case at lunch or whenever for like 30 min.

Great headset. Noise cancelling works great, it's super comfy. Occasionally seems to de-link and then re-link but possibly due to Bluetooth in vehicle.

I usually have problems with bluetooth headsets being cumbersome to wear and fitting well in my ear. I was surprised at how well this one feels and how well is stays put while moving around. I do several conference calls during the day and the sound clarity is great. Plenty of talk time on a single charge.

Background noise is not an issue with this. Drive with my window down, no problem. Voice command answering is great. Holds a charge for a long time. Nice not having to have the phone on my person to answer. Good range from earpiece to phone. Maybe the nature of these? but the speaker does kind of rattle.

This is the best hands fee device I have ever used. It fits comfortably in your ear that you forget it's there. It blocks out noise and when I'm talking the person on the othe end doesn't even know I'm using a handsfree device. I love it.

My Voyager Legend, which I thought was the best headset possible, went to silicon heaven after a trip through the washer-dryer. I needed a new headset stat. Unfortunately my local store was sold out of the Legends, so I picked up the Edge with some skepticism - how could anything possibly be comparable to my deceased Legend??? Quite simply, its better in every way. Not only does it come with a charging cradle, you can plug a micro-USB cable right into the headset to charge! No more custom cables to carry around! This is good as the battery life seems to be about 2 hours shorter than the Legend - not a big deal as it is easy to charge/recharge with the provided cradle and cables. Sound quality is as-good if not better which was a huge concern for me, and the noise cancelling capability is also exceptional. I was concerned with the form-factor, not having an over-the-ear pack to hold it in place, but the in-ear bud works surprisingly well! Great product, would buy again and highly recommend.

I like that it announces who is calling. Has a long battery life.If you need more than 6 hours of talktime, the charging case gives you more time. Talking is very clear. No background noise. I have had several brands of bluetooth devices. This is definitely one of the Best I have had!!!

Noise canceling is great, battery life is sick. Very fragile, but that is to be expected from such a small device... This is my third one, and there still is not a BT HS on the market I would go with. Call clarity is great as well. The base is a nice charging option, and charges the headset 2-3 times on a full charge, also charges it REALLY fast.

The sound quality and everything else is exceptional. The only issue I have is that it disengages from the phone and I'm not understanding why.

Comfortable and clearer than any other I have tried! I have tried a lot. Both me and friend have same issue with disconnecting and reconnecting (not all the time) but when it does it's hard to get it to stay connected. The comfort and clear sound makes it worth the inconvenience of connectivity issue. Make sure you get warranty.

The best Earpeice I have ever used. Love using the voice application. I can speak to answer or reject a call. Stays connected. Fits comfortably in my ear. Easy to use. Long lasting charge. The case will recharge it fast. The only drawback is extremely loud areas. I have an iPhone 6

The earpiece fits snugly and comfortably , when I'm driving I don't even know it's on , and the background noise is kept to a minimum.

Good bluetooth far as the ability to hear the other person. The only thing I would say is that the connectivity is not strong.

This is my second one but the first of this style. It is light weight weight and like the answer/ignore option. This on is much lighter than the other style I had before. and not heavy. Has a portable charger to recharge while on the go with no electricity around.

This is a very excellent headset. When you pair it with your phone, your phone book from your phone uploads into the headset. When you get a call it will tell you who is calling, and asks if you want to answer or ignore. You tell it to answer, and the call gets answered immediately. The sound is absolutely clear, and the caller hears no or very little background noise. It does much more then I use it for. If you need a Bluetooth headset and you want excellent quality, take a look at this one.

I purchased this model because the salesman said it was rated best for background noise cancelation. It works much better than my previous one. That one had a hook over my ear and it kept interfering with my sunglasses. I didn't think I would like having it in my ear but it has 3 different size earpieces to choose from. After awhile you forget you have it on. It also has a hook to go over your ear if you want to make sure it doesn't fall out. Everyone tells me that it sounds good and not like I am in a tunnel. It lets you know how much talk time you have left so you know when it needs to be charged.

GreatStyle,comfort, and performance are the results from this device. Lightweight and excellent sound on both ends. The charger case adds the finishing touch to keep the conversation going. It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks Plantronics and Best Buy...

After trying a few other bluetooth ear pieces with disappointment, I found the Plantronics one. It has been great and very reliable. I use it for conversations for my work as a coach, so it is critical that it sounds good and that I hear the other party clearly. My only complaint is that the earpiece is uncomfortable in my ears after a time of wearing it. Honestly, I haven't tried all the pieces yet, as it comes with about 4 options. I highly recommend this for working executives.

I have some hearing loss and need a bluetooth device which has a pretty loud volume and this is the best I've found for my needs. Pros: Loud volume. People on the other end say it is understandable even when I'm outside talking. Easy pairing. Sensing technology that senses when it's in your ear so you don't have to constantly wear it for functionality. Cons: when using it sometimes connects/disconnects if not exactly in the right position for the sensor to tell it's in your ear. Due to diamond shape and size when wearing for any extended time it makes your ear very sore. The answer/ignore function rarely works (maybe once in 100 phone calls) Overall this is a good quality unit although a little expensive for the hit and miss functioning of it's abilities. I like the ability to just keep it in my shirt pocket and when receiving a call placing it in my ear to answer call, however at times it is difficult to get unit positioned properly for the function to work. I would recommend this for those who need a louder volume and clarity.
