||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset because my Motorola H600 broke and I live off BT headsets (I work in the IT industry and always need both hands to do my job efficiently!). So I went out and purchased this one. I read up on some reviews on Amazon and Best Buy and they all pointed to this being a great BT. For this price, I was a bit skeptical. I mean I only spent $50 on my Motorola and that lasted me for a couple years with no issues. This is now more than double the cost. But I guess it's justified by the extra "bells-n-whistles" this headset provides. Has auto sensors to tell the device if it's on your ear or not which allows you to automatically answer. Has an iOS and Android app for your phone that lets you customize some settings on the headset to better fit your needs. However, with all that this headset was probably the worst headset I have ever purchased/owned. The inbound calls were crisp, i'll give it that. But no one could hear me talking! I would literally have to cup my hand in front of my face in order for the sound to bounce back toward the headset so people could hear me! I took this headset back immediately and purchased a different one as I could not operate in my normal day-to-day functions with this type of issue.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review, the issue issue you experienced with your unit could be a problem with the headset's microphones or with the connection between the headset and phone.
When something like this happens we recommend resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so, 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.
