Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

I looked around at quite a few other places like Sprint and Radio Shack. Best buy had the best product for the best price. I would recommend this product to anybody and I would also advise anyone looking for a similar device to shop Best Buy first. They have the better deals.

The Voyager Edge is great, it charges quickly, does not switch off mid call, and is a tough little gadget. The reason that I had to buy another one is because I put it through the wash. While this product will work great even if it gets wet, if it is fully submerged, it will fail.

She suggested this one, because customers had noted that the noise cancelling was excellent. I wasn't disappointed, and was happily surprised that the range was increased as well. Very clear reception.
