Noise cancelling technology isn't as good as it should be. Buy the Best Buy warrantee! Worth every penny, battery loses it effectiveness after time.

I love this brand, I have an old one and it's still working good and I used it for my IPad Pro, and my new one for my phone. Highly recommended.

Needed to get my hand back from holding the phone while I worked. Paired easily to an iPhone 6, and did what I wanted. Docking station is a plus.

Makes talking on the phone easier. I don't have to deal with the heat of the phone. Clear reception on both ends of the conversation, easy to charge, and use.

Purchased a couple of different headsets and tried them all out against my iPhone. This one provided me with the best clarity. I take my headset with me on travel and I like the small case that holds the headset and charges it while it is stored. Overall, couldn't be happier with this purchase.

So far is good sometimes it get disconnected and need to turn off the product and turned back on but is a good product

This is a good ear bud the only downfall is if you use it alot the battery doesn't last and after a few months of recharging it dies altogether.

I love this wireless ear piece. I would recommend it to friends and family that need one! It is very easy to use and connect to your cell phone. This is the best ear piece I've had and definitely worth the money. Like they say, you get what you pay for"! And I truly believe in that!!

Once activated this Bluetooth will not stay connected you have to hit the Bluetooth button on your phone. There should be a fix for this.

I've been through several ear pieces and this one is the best by far. Compatible with any phone and easy to pair. The noise canceling was exactly why I purchased and works great! The portable charger is very handy and charges quickly.

This is my 3rd bluetooth headset in 3 years, and it is by far the best. Not one person has questioned the clarity of the connection. I can use my phone's voice dial without any trouble. My previous headset was the jawbone ERA, the jawbone doesn't come close to competing with the plantronics device.

It's a great ear peace only thing I don't like is they only give you one peace to go around the ear why not 2 just Incase you lose one

Having it for last few months now. Thought it is little pricy.. you will love it for the design and the holder to carry the bluetooth.

I've never found a Bluetooth like this that give and announces who's calling all of the ones that I used before only said incoming call.

Did not even come close to performing as described. Very low volume, after two days device would not conect to iPhone 5 and would only hold a five hour charge. This product was advertised to have up to 16 hours of talk time. Not true!!!

having a lot of noise while talking and disconnection on and off.

I like the feel and quality of it. The only thing I didn't like is that I have to remove the over-ear piece to put it on the charger.
