This is the 2nd Plantronics Headset I have owned and this one is even better than the last. It is easy to use, comfortable in the ear, and the sound quality is unbeatable. It is great value for the cost.

After struggling with different Bluetooth options to use while driving, I finally found it. I've used Bose Series 2 units for the past couple years, replacing them with the same unit when I've lost or broken the previous. Sound quality of that unit is good and the way it fits I need your ear is excellent. But I would literally lose these out of my pocket or break them in my pocket. Thereason are several reasons I feel this is superior to that. Sound quality (both listening and being heard) is better overall. Plus, this unit comes with a charger that will hold the earpiece in it and you can put them both in your pocket. Not only does that protect the earpiece from being broken or lost, it keeps the unit fully charged.

I had a bose headset with protection plan that died. When I went to replace it, I found out Best Buy did not carry it anymore. I chose this device as it was the only one I could find that could be paired with two devices at the same time. It works great and people tell me they can hear me perfectly. The only complaint is that it is a little uncomfortable if you use it for long periods of time.

I am happy with this headset. In did quite a bit of research before purchasing. Very easy to set up and use. Having the charging cradle is real nice as it gives you the ability to add a charge to the headset. I was a little disappointed that for the price point there wasn't a little more in the way of technology. More voice commands etc. Voice quality is strong and clear.

This expensive yet great Bluetooth has served its purpose. It's comfortable, does good on battery, and is clear on both ends. However, for the price it could very well be a lot better if the voice was better quality and if it had a bit more features.

I prefer the older model (Voyager Legend) and how it sits on the ear. The newer model has the clear very breakable and not so comfortable hook that wraps around your ear. Also the charge cradle is nice but can't be used without removing the ear piece. That is inconvenient and doing so increases the chance of loss or breakage. The unit pairs easily and has good sound.

I really love this blue tooth. Picks up calls by just saying "answer". Sound quality is great, my callers have no problem hearing me and I can hear them clearly. Comfortable in your ear.

This product has surpassed my expectations! It's amazing, literally. I've been testing it out in different environments because I honestly do use it every day and I put it through the test. Driving with windows down, not down, in my office with the radio on, at home, etc. People can't even tell I'm driving - that's how clear and quite this thing is! Needless to see all the noise and mic features it says it has are working 100%. Highly recommend this for those of us that use a bluetooth headset on a more than average use.

Great head set, but one flaw is the ear piece does not fit well in the ear. The ear gels supplied sit on top of your ear canal and are not like the jawbone or bose ear gels. I ordered the jawbone era ear gel and use that and now it fits great

Love it! Long lasting battery and great sound quality. Also works as an ear phone for private listening for your music. Also syncs with your contacts on incoming calls.

I have always loved Plantronics bluetooths and this is one of their best. I liked the Voyager Legend but it was bulky. This one is light weight, easy to switch from ear to ear if I want to change sides and fairly discrete in size. I've tried just about all top end bluetooth headsets and this one is at the top of the list. Also, it works great with my iPad, Macbook Pro Retina and my Surface Pro 4.

I have used plantronic products for long time and i think it's one of the best hands free in the market. and this i like because it has clear sound and it's very light

This bluetooth is a little pricey. However, you get what you pay for. Sound quality is great, cuts out background noise, and love that it comes with a charging case!

Great sound quality. Pairs with my phone very quickly. Voice cues are helpful (pairing status, remaining battery life, call answering). Battery life is excellent.

I'm a trucker of 26 yrs. and have had a lot of Bluetooth headsets but this one is superior next to no other the sound is crisp and battery stays up for hrs.

On both the giving and receiving end of a conversation, the sound has ben crystal clear. The design of the charge cradle is perfect as the bluetooth locks in firmly and is protected form breakage. My only issue is that occasionally, the bluethooth reverts back to the iphone itself when making a call and I need to reset.
