I've been a bluetooth headset user from the beginning. I drive a luxury car with built in bluetooth, but still prefer a headset because of better voice quality. I've been a Voyager Pro wearer for years now, but like the sleek look of this headset. I hadn't been ready to give up the Voyager Pro quality for for a sleeker look ... until now! This Voyager Edge is every bit as good from a quality perspective, is very comfortable and looks sleek. I've been using this for close to a week (heavy user) and just love it. Another winner from Plantronics!

Pretty decent headset. Sometimes feels loose in the ear but that could just be me. The carrying case is very convenient.

Weird design and charging combined with poor quality make this a poor purchase. also for me it was a little large for my ear and I couldn't get it to stay in and be comfortable. although the charging case was very nice. I have the Plantronic's Marque 2 , cheaper and works great.

I'm very much happy for this Bluetooth device because it has gentle sound and very clear audio,I'm very particular in choosing a good quality because I'm very sensitive to noise and roughness of the sound .It's also very lightweight and The fit is perfect in my ear .Before I bought the product I was reading the reviews bad and good feedback but I had a feeling that this must be a good one for me and I was right I made a right choice. The price is worth for comfort and gentle in ear .

    My fault but still...

Bought it. Love the sound. Works really well. However, twice it dropped out of my ear. The first time I felt it and found it. The second time, gone! Here's the problem. It comes with an 'around the ear' loop that you can attach but when you do attach it, you can't put the earpiece into the cradle. So off and on comes the loop until you get fed up and lose it like I did. Called Plantronics. Nope, they don't sell the earpiece alone, just the whole kit. Note that I've only had it for ten days. In short, great item, poor design and they won't even make the effort to replace just the earpiece. They do sell just the charger, for 29.99, but not the earpiece. Not a happy camper. Again, it is my fault, but Plantronics could have made an effort.

I bought this one to replace my old Bluetooth and I really like it. It fits comfortably and has little outside noise interfering with my calls. So far I have very few complaints and would recommend this to anyone.

    The “EDGE” over all Bluetooth!!

After 2 months of daily use, I am the Proud owner of the Plantronics Voyager Edge. I’ve been waiting to make a serious upgrade from my Bose Series 2 Headset which was ok. I previously owned the Plantronics 975 that is discontinued and was very satisfied. I’m very impressed with the features and technologies packed into the Voyager Edge. I especially like the effortless pairing via NFC up to 5 devices including my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear 2. The Caller ID and Voice Controls are a plus. The Plantronics Apps and Find My Headset are features that are very useful once the Voyager Edge is activated. I knew from the presentation and packaging of the Plantronics Voyager Edge it was a winner. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I had the Plantronics Legend which I loved but recently replaced it with the Edge. I love this even more. Battery life is 6 hours vs the 7 hrs I used to get on the Legend...that said call quality is excellent. Range is excellent. Connects super fast to phone. I love how light it is also.

my initial purchase was defected and horrible call quality. after the warranty replacement I was finally able to use the headset as intended. I enjoy it for the most part with the exception of the fact that it constantly disconnects and reconnects to the phone during a conversation. I don't know if it is an issue with the phone, the headset or an incompatibility with the Galaxy S7 but it can be quite irritating at times. other than that the headset works but I miss my Jawbone Era...

I had a voyager legend that started tho act up after a year and a half of use so decided to get a new headset. Was very happy with the legend, didn't mind the back part since it gave me 7 hours of talk time. Let's talk about the voyager edge: Says 16 hours on the box, then underneath says fully charged case and headset, hmmmm. The headset fully charged says 4 hours talk time. Tried to use is for a couple calls last night but it was keep repeating '' volume minimum" Increasing to maximum would stay as long as you hold the button. Button stuck probably. Not the quality and talk time I was expecting from a $129 Bluetooth. Because of the 4 hour talk time I don't want a replacement, buying the Legend again.

So this is my second device from Plantronics, the first i had was similar to this one ,its predecessor I would guess, loved it too but the boom snapped after about of year of having it in my pocket, it also had a case like this one and it was slitty bigger and always pocket dialed people. This one however I have not had that issue at all. The case fits in my pocket ( its a little bulky) but it protects and charges . Plays music when I want and incoming calls mute music and when you hang up picks right back up.Would recommend you get this one if your looking at others you won't be disappointed.

This is the best headset I have ever owned. I wish I had gotten it sooner. Compared to my other headsets (jawbone, blueant, voyager pro, +many more) the Edge is unparalleled. People are saying they can hear me as though I'm talking on the handset. I couldn't ask for more. The charging case is mainly why I bought this, I needed a bluetooth that could last 12 hours of calling. It doesn't give me exactly that much but with at least I only have to spend 10 minutes or so plugged in at best during the day.

Bought the headset and it has been great. Did a firmware update and now it only charges up to 5 hours and the volume is so low I can't hear it. Called Plantronics customer support to be told the unit is out of warranty and I would have to buy a new one. Every headset I have ever owned has been Plantronics. If they will not stand behind a firmware update on products it is time to look for another manufacture.

I was Looking for Something to Replace my Jawbone when I saw this. I've always wanted to get a Platronics because of their Reputation for making Great Headsets, so I went ahead and Bought them & it's the Best decision I made. Call Quality is Amazing with no Hiss or the other caller being unable to Hear me. I love the Audio Stream capability, that stops the music when you take off the headset.

Not impressed, going back to the voyager legend

Main reason I tried the Edge is the first place was the voyager legend was out of stock at the store. I also checked the reviews here, and mostly positive ones, is the reason I am posting feedback now. Within the first day, several problems, would not stay connected to my phone, was difficult to operate buttons while on my ear. Did not like having it in my ear and the over the ear hook was not comfortable. Call tech support for the connectivity problem, and it did not resolve the issue. Returned it in less then a week and had to order the Legend from BestBuy.com which was easy and no hassle, had my Legend in just a few days.

I've owned many Motorola B.T. boom-flip style headsets. Un-fortunently the ear hooks or the boom would break. This Plantronics headset is excellent! Great sound quality. The charging base is nice to have too.

I came from a Bose which was the most comfortable bluetooth unit I've used. As others have mentioned, this was uncomfortable after a period of time and I'd have to remove it for relief. Audio was nothing special and the product seemed very average in construction and performance. I have a Plantronics unit years ago that I much preferred over this one. A big disappointment and I'll not use it again.
