I've gone through dozens of headsets over the years. My wife calls me technology poison because I've had one fall off my ear and directly into an elevator shaft, or fall off as I'm getting in my car and drove over it, or my infant son snapping one in half. I've had them wear down at a moving part or fray at a wire. This Voyager Legend has done none of that and stood the test of time. The sound is clear and I'm told I can clearly be heard. The fit is snug and the mic is not overly protrusive. Its somewhat of a pain to have the unique charger that is not universal but its benefits outweigh the small inconvenience.

No issues. It sounds and fits great. I was looking for a Bluetooth headset that had the ability to be paired with two mobile phones at the same time as well as had the ability to mute calls from the headset. This has that plus noise canceling and the ability to answer incoming calls just by placing the headset on your ear or by saying answer call when ringing. I got everything I needed and more.

This is a perfect Bluetooth headset. It is so comfortable that I forget that I have it on. Calls are clear and streaming audio works great. I have never run it out of battery in a very busy day. It says 7 hours when fully charged and I suspect it could do it. John

The headset works well. It's clear. It stays in place. It's pretty much no muss and no fuss. It announces when the power comes on, when it's connected, when the volume changes, and when it shuts down. It lets me control several function by voice or pressing button. It a nice piece of equipment. There's only one thing that's puzzling. Sometimes when I turn it on there's no announcement that it's on. Sometimes power off is not announced. Since that's the check I use to know if the unit is on or off, it leave's me guessing. Sometimes it announces it's on 15-60 seconds after it's turned on. It's the only mar I noticed in its operation. Still, I'd recommend that a friend look at it if they wanted a new Bluetooth headset.

I've purchased this same headset 3 times. Lets say it's the best one owned and be sure to get the Geek Squad protection. I talk a lot on the phone as a Sales Consultant and I need to grab another headset and charge while staying on the line. Works with my desk phone and cell phone perfectly.

This earpiece is great. The sound quality is excellent and it stays on your ear, unlike the other ones that i had a hard time trying to keep on. It blocks background noise well and you come through loud and clear. I do wish it was a little smaller, but other than that, you won't be disappointed.

I spend 4-6 hours per day on my mobile phone and am often traveling. I've tried several Bluetooth headsets and have found this to be the best. The over-the-ear configuration makes it fit comfortably, hold in place when moving (such as when reaching down for a suitcase, etc.), and is subtle while still obvious enough that other people can notice I may be on the phone when approaching me. I had the previous version of the Voyager Legend model and loved it but lost it while traveling; didn't even consider another model when buying a replacement due to how pleased I was with previous version. The sound quality seems to have improved in latest version. The short charging cable is nice since it doesn't get tangled or take up much room in my bag. Bluetooth signal strength enough to walk at least 30 feet away from phone. Good stuff.

Great sound, range & comfort from others I have used in the past. Ear bud takes a little time to get use too, but not a problem really. It holds a charge well and everyone tells me I sound great on their end. Price was very good as well!

This head sets clarity is AWESOME!! Everyone says it's awesome when hearing me. It loses one star because for small ears like mine (in and out) it constantly falls off. The last model was even bigger and worse. This one not as bad but for small ears (female) that's the only thing wrong.

I've had a few bluetooth headsets over the years, and the Plantronics products are the best. This was a gift for my girlfriend (as I have had mine for 4 years now) and she absolutely loves it. Sounds like you're talking to someone in person rather than on a cell phone!!!
