This is my 3rd Planatronics Voyager Legend Headset. The first one lasted almost 3 years, but they changed the charger and the second one would not charge after only a few months so I had to get a different kind. I returned the replacement headset (which was not a voyager legend) because it would not hold the charge more than a few minutes, it always had static on it, and it was very uncomfortable. So I purchased another Voyager Legend and a 2 year warranty. The Voyager Legend is clear, holds a charge for hours, and is very comfortable to wear all day. I just hope the charger on this one lasts longer than a few months.

I purchased this device to replace a broken Jawbone. It was easy to pair with both my IPhone and IPad. Device fits comfortably on my ear and is easy to convert for either ear. Speaker works well and Voice Control feature is efficient. Wouldn't recommend this Blue Tooth for listening to music through only one ear and not in stereo.

I am a truck driver, I drive big rigs over the road to all 50 states and the truck keeps up a lot of noise making it very difficult to make it receive phone calls but this Bluetooth cancels out all the background noise it's like I am sitting at home on my couch.

This device constantly has problems connecting and issues charging. Constantly can't get it to connect. My friend has the same one and the same issues. I love the idea of it but it sucks most of the time. Feels great on my ear, tells you who is calling, 7 hour charge I believe, but hard to connect at times and stay connected.

Super comfortable, I forget I'm even wearing it. I really like the charging port, it aligns itself magnetically, no more fumbling with a plug. The power switch is easy use. Out of numerous other Plantronics headsets, this one by far is the best I've ever owned. If I ever need another, this is the one I'll get again.

Works great! Clear sound and the reciever on the other end hears me loud and clear! The design does not lend it self for adjustment. If you have long ears it does not fit well. I have to tilt it to fit but it makes my ears hurt if I ware it for a long time.

The microphone on the ear buds would never stay facing forward and muffed my voice. My customer kept asking me to speak up and after about the 5th time I was done and popped out the ear buds and the call got disconnected. I was in the middle of calling the customer back and my wife suggested I go down the street and get a Bluetooth at best buy. I got a different headset from a company I won’t mention because I knew the name. When I got to the register the Best Buy representative scanned the headset and recognized the headset and looked up the reviews right there at the register. He pointed out the one I had picked out only scored 1.4 stars and asked if I was sure I wanted to purchase this headset. I did not as several hundred people gave it a bad rating. He cancelled the order and walked me back to the headsets and worked with me to pick out the Plantronics Voyager Pro with a rating of 4.5 stars. I purchased it and went to the car. I had it sync’d up to my IPhone 4 and back on the call in minutes. I continued the call and the customer even commented on the call quality getting better. The whole process only took about 15 minutes, Best Move yet!!

Does everything as advertised. Comfortable ear piece. Only complaint is that it is too big to actually hang on your ear, maybe just for me. Since it can't hang on my ear it is a bit heavy for an ear bud and will fall out if I run up stairs, etx.

I have purchased this Bluetooth 3 times. Once because I wore it out and the other because I miss placed (lost) it. There are some idiosyncrasies but they are minor and livable. I really like this Bluetooth for its fit and audio clarity.
