Fantastic headset

This is a replacement for the one I lost and I didn't even consider any other brand/model. It's comfortable, the charge lasts a long time & the voice quality is fantastic. Plantronics is the only brand I buy and this is the best model I've owed.

This takes a little adjusting to get it into my ear and I'm never entirely comfortable with it, but the sound is good and it has good vocal quality on the other end.

The sound is very clear coming in and going out. When i'm talking to others the noise around me is totally blocked out.I think it was a fair price and well worth it.

Poor quality a lot, the people on he other end say I sound like a robot. t does not follow your commands properly, (not a lot of times but some). It does last a long number of hours as long as it not in use all the time. I at times have to shut it off then on again for it disconnects from the phone and have to reset it by turning it off then on. I wanted so bad to return and get another one, but had a death in my family and I was handling all the affairs and by the time I was able to go the 2 weeks had passed.
