This product is easy to use and keeps a descent charge. It's very lightweight and user friendly.

The volume is good for me. The charge lasts a long time and it syncs quickly with my phone. The earpiece is comfortable and sturdy.

This product does exactly what it says...and better than other products out there that I've tried. I used to have a Motorola earpiece and it didn't charge very well and wasn't all that clear--I can literally use this product while on an exercise machine and the person/people on the other end don't hear a thing. In fact, my husband thinks he hears me clearer through this than through our house phone!

While on the road, I get phone calls that are critical that I both understand and am understood. The Legend is very good. The only time I have to repeat myself for a command for my phone is when I'm traveling on a loud part of an interstate, (my car is noisy). I always hear the calls clearly (and I'm a little hard of hearing). Those I'm speaking with say they hear me well. Best Buy is becoming a favorite store; knowledgeable help and often the best price or equal to the lowest price in town.

This is my second Plantronics Bluetooth headset. I have recommended this many times to people who have asked about what I had on my ear. Its extremely reliable in hot or cold weather. I've bought many types of Bluetooth but this is by far the best and most comfortable. Very easy to use and syncing is simple. I'm pretty active and have never lost or had this Bluetooth fall off my ear whereas with others I have had that happen. Its perfect while driving if you don't have a car that has Bluetooth.

Sounds great.. people can hear me without issues to the point they did not know I was using a bluetooth, long battery life!!

As I'm used to earpieces that fit completely in my ear, it took a bit of time to grow accustomed to having the thing completely wrap around it. Once beyond that, though, it's been excellent. I'm able to hear my surroundings, but still hear a phone conversation clearly. No one complains about my poor voice quality anymore, and I'm enjoying the features I never knew I was missing before. Good product.

After trying a lot of Bluetooth I chose to get the platronics and u did the best thing... Perfect audio and very light!

the Bluetooth is easy to operate. it has a very good battery life and I bought the extended warranty offered by Best Buy.

Works great, sound quality is good, bluetooth works flawlessly. Charging is a little weird, but overall a great headset!

Exchanged the Edge for this. Very happy. Works great. Long batt life. Extremely comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.

It is really great for volume and hearing when it stays in the ear. Constantly popping out. Too many controls next to each other, always pushing the wrong thing. Very heavy. But seems reliably and has good battery life. I really like the announcement feature. Tells you who is calling then asks answer or ignore. I don't have to grab my pone or look at it ir press any buttons to answer.

After trying out multiple bluetooth devices i found this one to be the best. The comfort, sound quality were great

While big, it fits well behind the ear and stays on better than my previous Plantronics blue tooth headsets. My previous one made it difficult for others to hear me due to the surrounding noise--now they say it sounds like I am in the room with them. Also much better audio for hearing in a noisy environment. It costs more than the entry level Plantronics, but you do get what you pay for.

This was an upgrade over my previous Plantronics. Very clear and comfortable.

FIts great, charge last for a longtime. Tried 2 or 3 other ones and was not happy. Bluetooth distance is good.
