I like it its clear no echo like I'm talking inside a 55 gallon barrel. BUT. in order to charge it you have to hold the charger against the head set the magnets aren't strong enough. I wrap a rubber band around it to hold them together and it charges fine.

Used mainly when driving on the road, this headset does a fantastic job of blocking out background noise. I've had it for a few months now and calls are very crisp. The best headset I've ever owned.

I enjoy this earpiece only one thing I would change and that would add noise cancellation. I'm a female and don't like all the wires that earpieces come with so when I seen this was perfect lite weight as well. Perfect for me I would recommend purchase

A very comfortable and effective device. It actually performs to it's advertised abilities and I use it all day long. I would have appreciated the comopnay useing a standard charging port instead of a unique-to-Plantronics charger. Just another wire to carry.

Ever see someone talking and not sure who they are speaking to or if they are on the phone? Yeah never wanted to be that person until I was convinced I needed a hands free Bluetooth headset for work. NOW I am one of those people and I wouldn't go back

Driving my 79 Datsun pick up 5-speed windows down and all the wind nobody knew I was driving they said I was loud and clear, I love that it charges quickly and tells me how many hours of talk time I have. It quickly and eaisly connected to my phone.

This device, which I don't see many people using any more, works very well, especially in shielding out loud noises. The only problem is it's not waterproof, so eventually you will end up using that extra Geek Squad protection only Best Buy has.

This headset is outstanding. I can drive with the windows down and talk on the phone with no problem. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a light weight, comfortable wireless headset, then this one is for you. Charges fast, lasts a long time and easy to wear.

Used to think these were dumb and never worked well until I decided to try it one last time and I'm so glad I did! Loved it so much I even got one for the wife! I can hear people better and they can hear me better than actually on the phone!

this is my third plantronics headset in 10 years, though they usually wear out in about 3 years the quality of the product keeps bringing me back. I purchased the samsung unit that was recommended to me but after one day of use i had to return it due to high levels of background noise during my conversations. I also tried the LG headset and i got several complaints that i was not coming through clearly during conversations. I do wish that plantronics comes up with a solution to the rubber earpiece that you place into the ear because they seem to have to be replaced about once a year , but other than that plantronics has my vote as the best earpiece at this time.

I've used Plantronics headsets for years and am a very loyal customer. I've used other manufacturers' products but nothing compares to Plantronics. Their headsets are comfortable with great sound quality. People are always amazed I'm in my car and on a headset. They say it sounds so quiet; they don't hear any of the car noises. As for this particular headset, the features are really nice. I especially love that it tells me in my ear who is calling and I only have to say "answer" to answer the call. You won't be sorry with this headset.

This headset is the best on that I have found for noise concealing & the sound quality is great on phone calls. It is also comfortable to wear all day. The only 2 negative is the connection to charge. It doesn't attach to the headset well. You have to be very careful or it will not charge, yet it looks like it is connected. The second negative is before it tells you the battery is low, it will switch between the phone & headset during the phone call. However, when the battery is charged it is the best headset out there.

I travel a lot with work and co-workers always complained that they couldn't hear me while I was using my car Bluetooth. I have not had the problem since purchasing this Bluetooth.

I had the previous model and it performed well, until the earpiece broke after several years use. Couldn't be fixed, so after looking at other models, I went back to this model as it fits in my ear comfortably and it easy to use.

The Legend is the best & I've owned them all. Bidirectional sound clarity and noise reduction second to none. Battery life as well. I have charging case that keeps it charged and protected. Real power switch, so it won't accidentally turn itself on when not being used (like the Jawbones). I had one for years, but finally broke it due to rough treatment. This is my second, after buying many less expensive ones and being disappointed. Had to go back to the Plantronics Legend... One gets what one pays for.

I use a Bluetooth on 10 -12 hours a day as it is required for my job as a truck driver. I have tried 2 other brands and came back to this this one. It has good sound quality on both ends and the the voice command is a nice feature.

Compared to the voyager pro ... The sound and noise cancellation is like night and day. I had the voyager pro for over 5+ years until the rubber or foam ear hook broke. Hopefully they resolved the issue with the ear hook durability.
