My girlfriend bought this type while I was in New York with her and she swears by it so I decided to try it for myself and I love it. My family and friends say I am not muffled and very clear. It is worth the extra few dollars.

I have been through many different models of headsets and this one so far has been the best at matching comfort, functionality, and voice quality. Not a great means of listening to music but not the purpose it was bought for.

Great Bluetooth for people on the move, as in many instances we get caught up in our busy lives and this tool helps simplify making & recieving calls . Would recommend this particular device to my friends and family!!

I got this product over a month ago and it works great! I do wish the battery life would last a little longer but it's something I can deal with. The sound is great and the voice commands are a very nice feature.

Purchased first one and it lasted only a couple of days for it started disconnecting from phone on its on. Exchanged it for another and it works fine. battery life is about 6 hours of talk time. Days for standby.

Use it every day for webinars. Talk time ranges about 5 to 6 hours. But you can recharge fully in about 15 min. I read reviews and many complained about the magnetic charger. I had no problems for 6 months. Only had that issue once recently. If you don't have the set seated properly in the magnet it won't recharge and you go to use it and it is dead. But as mentioned if seated properly it fully charged in 15 min. Lightweight and sometimes I forget I have it on. Highly recommend.

One of the better bluetooth headsets on the market. Good noise reduction, great battery life, good volume, and works well with all mobile devices. My only complaint would be that if you're the polite type, and you're constantly removing it and replacing it to converse with others, expect it to wear out within a year. The wear typically involves the rubber portion that sits over your ear weakening & cracking. For this reason, I'd definitely recommend the Best Buy replacement plan.

I purchased the Voyager Legend SE Bluetooth ear piece since I do not like talking for extended time while ho0lding the phone to my ear. Being a mid-brand product, it seemed like the right choice at the time. For the first year, everything was fine but, soon after, I started noticing that more and more people were telling me that my voice was cracking when I talked. In addition, battery life started going down. I had purchased a 2 year warranty on the ear piece so, I returned it and, upgraded to a higher end Plantronics ear piece. in spite of my issues with this ear piece, I still have faith in Plantronics and their products. My issues could have been an isolated case.

This earpiece headset is superb for blocking out external noise. People that I talk to say the sound is clear and they don't hear background noise. Wind noise is loud when I use my phone, but not when I use this headset. I love that I can be hands free and wire free. Because it is so good at blocking out sound, I can do other things like work in the kitchen while I'm on the phone. And the battery life is 6 to 7 hours before needing a recharge. I don't know how I got along without it!

This is the best bluetooth I've ever had. The sound quality and noise cancelling mechanism is excellent. It comes with a car charger and with several interchangeable earbuds of different sizes. Highly recommend.

Have tried a bunch of different headsets but keep coming back to this one, especially after using one of the previous generation Voyagers. Sound is great, fits my ear well, let's me listen to podcasts, and announces the caller with an option to answer or ignore. Love that no one complains they can't hear me on a call. It's a bit expensive, but worth it. Nice bonus is the Best Buy exclusive that includes a car charger along with the regular wall charger. Highly recommended!

Great phone and headset which is light, easy to use and a super product. I use it for a phone and as a ear piece for listening to music at the gym. Pairs quickly and voice activated response! Great product!

I have had three over the years because I lost one, stepped on one and now have a new one. Very good performance, great controls and very comfortable to use.

Over all it has been one of the better Bluetooth headsets I have used. I have others but they shorted out when I have sweated. This one has not given me any issues when I sweat. I like the way it fits over my ear and it is comfortable to where all day. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is do to the charging and the charging cable. The cable is less than 12" which it makes it difficult to charge in many places. Also the magnetic clip for the charger is very touchy. if it is not set just right it will not charge then when you go to use it it has a low battery. You have to make sure the light is blinking when you set it down when trying to charge other wise it won't charge. Sound is clear and has good noise reduction.
